Why can I laugh and laugh reading funny posts but am not clever enough to actually think of anything funny to add? :/

You’re not angry enough yet. 😁

What works for me is that I never actively look to add anything funny. I will be talking to a friend or watching a movie and something someone said will make me think," Aha! This will be a great addition to the "weakness" thread or "the bad advice" thread".

Read yesterday one of my favorite spots in the city closed it's doors due to Covid. 2020 can officially kiss my backside.

there's going to be a lot more of that in the future.

    yeah, 2020 can suck it.

Yeah, the mayor of KC called the policy back until January. Not sure how most of the shop locals are going to survive. Sucks bad.

It's definitely hard for local businesses. I've always tried to buy local as much as I could but im trying to make more effort now.

Being amused at what people in "ye olden times" thought was an acceptable portrayal of an elephant.

I have to know since we're from the general same area: What closed?

It was called Tapcade. Adult tap bar, arcade, in-house small theater, great food, vibe, open deck.....right in the heart of Crossroads Arts District.

I might be doing a phone interview today. My sources say that I'm basically hired just off of their recommendation but I'm nervous anyway. I struggle with remembering what my Starbucks order that I get almost every day is when I'm ordering.... What if I can't remember a time I solved any situations at work? What if I don't remember my name? 🙃

Good luck and write everything down. Yes, even your name. :)

Turns out that I heard wrong and they're going to call Monday and it's going to be a in person interview when they set it up 😅. I think I'll do fine and thank you! I just feel rusty.

Interesting. I would have thought you may have felt scaly, soft, and supple. Who knew?
