Today I made a spicy dessert. I mixed coconut oil, cocoa powder and stevia in a cup. Then I cut up jalapeno pepper into rings, dipping and covering it with the cocoa coconut oil mix. Layed them on dish with parchment paper and put in the refrigerator to set. So yum! I then dipped fresh raw ginger root. Omgosh

My fave weird food combo is Digorno Supreme pizza with Activia peach yogurt on top. The hot/cold, sweet/savory balance is soo yummy... to me anyway.

I put hot sauce on all of these too. I put hot sauce on everything actually, LOL. My favorite combo on broccoli/cauliflower/salad/veggies is TONS of hot sauce, garlic power, onion powder, nosalt salt, truvia, italian seasoning. (sometimes I add SF maple syrup too especially on salads) (if a salad I also add mustard)

I like to make 1 box SF jello pudding with water cinnamon, truvia, and 1c canned pumpkin.

I make my coffee with ghee butter, have it every morning. Also love avocados with sunny side up eggs on top, sprinkle of pepper. If I’m feeling lazy with the eggs I’ll have the avocados with extra virgin olive oil.

I enjoy eating cashews while I’m drinking almond milk.

& lastly I love chicken feet, and biting the bones from any meat, chicken or beef (though chicken bones tends to be easier to break) and eating the bone marrow.

I tend to do well with these foods but yeah people usually think it’s gross, especially the chicken feet. It’s great if you know how to cook it.

THe only thing I think is weird but made me smile was the bones. I dated a musician whose nickname was Bones because he'd do the same with chicken bones growing up.

I love slightly burned food! With popcorn, especially air popped in the microwave, I put it in long enough to burn a little for extra flavor. If it makes a big black chunk in the middle I'll toss the blackened stuff but keep the charred pieces. Well-roasted brussel sprouts with charred leaves are the absolute best!

How long do you cook them, especially Romaine? I always forget to do that!
