I lost a pet a week ago and I haven't been doing a great job of eating since then. Today I'm going to try to do better.

Breakfast: (very early) steak-and-avocado burrito leftover from son's birthday, (at work) blueberry yogurt parfait, coffee.

Lunch: either a tuna sandwich and side salad or just tuna on a salad, depending on what I can manage.

Dinner: basic braised chicken, broccoli, maybe a baked potato (again, depending on what I can manage).

Snacks: probably none. Do cocktails count? I might have cocktails after work.

I'm so sorry to hear about your pet. When we lost our sweet boy, Jack, in November of 2016, I remember it really threw my eating for a loop too. <3
