    Breakfast: Egg, kale, tomato, onion, parmesan, and italian seasoning in a whole wheat tortilla, coffee with 2 tbsp creamer
    Lunch: Leftover Jamaican jerk chicken over rice with zucchini seared on a pan griddle
    Post workout snack: Chocolate protein shake with added strawberries
    Dinner: Italian sausage pasta loaded with leek, spinach, and shrooms

    Protein bar and half cup coffee with splenda and half and half
    Lunch
    Bean and bacon soup, side salad with light Catalina salad dressing, roll and large diet coke
    Dinner
    TBD
    Busier day today. We brought my mom home from rehabilitation yesterday, So my husband and I will begin caretaking her again. We also plan on walking our 8 mile path. Have a great day everyone 😊

    Lunch: Leftover spicy Italian sausage pasta
    Post workout: Chocolate protein shake with sausage added
    Snack: Cottage cheese and a peach
    Dinner: Leftover salmon, mango salsa, and coconut rice

    Upped my calories yesterday because I was unintentionally losing weight so still have around 300 calories after working out. No idea what to fill that with. D:

    1 meatball with cheese tortellini, side salad with light ranch salad dressing and a large diet coke. 1 sugar free mini dark chocolate bar
    Afternoon
    1 cup coffee with splenda and half and half
    Dinner
    Chocolate cherry protein smoothie with heavy hit of cool whip and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup
    Walked a 6 mile trail today...Hope everyone is doing great😊

    Busy day. Plan to walk a trail, meeting with my moms ot and pt therapist and puppy is having surgery. Happy friday😊
