    Breakfast: Toast with butter and strawberry jam
    Lunch: Veggie stir fry (mushroom, bell pepper, onion, kale, and cashews) with rice
    Dinner: Sweet and spicy sriracha glazed salmon, rice, and roasted asparagus

    Lunch- 2 slices of toast w/ avocado & egg

    Snack- sliced peaches

    Dinner- baked lemon pepper chicken, roasted brussel sprouts

    Snacks- watermelon, cheez itz, dark chocolate

    Peach Greek yogurt with some peaches mixed in. 2 cups of coffee with Splenda and half and half
    Lunch
    1 personal sized sausage and onion pizza. Side salad with light ranch dressing and a large diet coke
    Dinner
    Cherry chocolate smoothie with a heavy dollop of cool whip and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup
    Walking a trail again today...Happy Sunday Everyone 😊

    Breakfast: Avocado toast, hard boiled eggs, raspberries, strawberries, and green tea

    Lunch: Chickpea salad in a whole wheat wrap with tomato, cucumber, and romaine, leftover roasted asparagus

    Dinner: Leftover peanut chicken and veggies

    Snack: Popcorn, cashews, and Trader Joe's sparkling strawberry juice

    BBQ rotisserie chicken over a large bed of greens, potato wedges and a large diet coke.

    Cherry Vanilla smoothie with a heavy dollop of cool whip and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup

    Planning to hit another trail after a few errands for my mom and a vet trip on top of cone prison. he has an ear infection🐶 the little guy can't get out of the cone until friday..hoping everything is great for everyone..Happy menus😊

    Lunch: Not sure yet. May pick something up because I am going to the Asian and Indian markets which don't open until noon.

    Breakfast: Coffee with milk. Plain egg white omelette with 3 slices of chicken bacon, half an avocado, and an apple.

    Snack: Coffee with milk. Nature Valley Coconut Butter cookie (because gluten is our friend again. Well, mine anyway)

    Lunch: Two tofu and chard spring rolls

    Snack: A square of dark chocolate with ginseng tea

    Dinner: Shirataki noodles covered with tomato sauce, meatballs and lactose-free mozzarella
