    Lanette: We didn’t get our flag out and hang it for Memorial Day. Life was full of houseguests and I forgot. We didn’t get out to the cemetery and leave flowers for my parents, either. :embarassed: Thank you again for the tip on CBD oil. It is working wonders for our dog. :bigsmile;

    Karen in VA: I love the Walt Whitman quotation, “Resist much, obey little.” He was an extraordinary person. :flowerforyou:

    Suesh111: Welcome to a great group. :smiley:

    Heather: You and your DH seem to have divided up tasks so that things suit each of you. Brilliant! :star:

    JRsLate in Life: It sounds like you have your hands full. Good luck!!! :heart:

    We’re about to head out for a little walk, and the dog will be coming along. :bigsmile:

    So my 5 year old granddaughter asks me what is hanging off your arm. I have to tell her it’s just my skin. I have had big arms forever- even when younger and thinner, but losing 45 pounds has made them worse. It is what it is. My belly is much smaller and the grandkids don’t ask if there’s a baby in there, so I’m ahead of the game. I can at least take walks with them now and take them fishing. 5 more pounds and I’m done losing!

    Janet: Thanks for the information on the I deserve a Donuut and the other books Barb R. has written. They have been very helpful and just what I've been looking for. I have been in a very bad slump and having a hard time with things. But the I Deserve a Donut app has really helped. I ordered her books you suggested to. Thanks for the info.
