@DancingMoosie. I’m no bodybuilder and just wanna look good naked! 😂. This is probably heresy but I’m not as concerned with how much I can squat or deadlift or bench press, although it was kinda cool to see my ability to lift more weight increase. I’ll give her a try! Thanks.

I like to think that if you want a certain type of physique, you should do the exercise/sport that person does. So, if you like Sydney's, do her workouts. Similarly, if you like a gymnast's build, do gymnastics, or if you want to look like a lifter, lift🤷♀️ I know that you really shouldn't compare.yourself to others and we are all different, but it's just a general idea.0 -

I discovered Team Body Project on YouTube in December 2019 after looking for some low-impact structured exercise routines to help me recover from some injuries as I've been sidelined from my jogging regime. I felt so defeated in the search - until I took a chance on Team Body Project and "press(ed) play" for the very first time on a December day. Since then, I've found so much more joy in movement, and the thrill and energy I get from their workouts counter the grief and despair I feel from not jogging for so long.
I am a Team Body Project-er for life!!
I love their workouts! I actually enjoy working out when I do their videos. I to was in a slump feeling hopeless because I can't do some exercises because of my hands/wrists. I had only done a few of their workouts last year and when I tried them again a few weeks ago I felt so hopeful and encouraged. I am making them my main you tube workout to focus on because they retrain your brain instead of thinking exercising is a pain or punishment they say any movement is fun and it's about loving your body. I base my workouts on youtube routines haha. I do 30 mins of TRX routine, 30 mins Kukuwa dance fitness, and 30 mins of various yoga(usually I do yoga with Adriene). I have a lot of fun with this routine versus when I was attending a gym.

I really like Sydney Cummings videos I don't want to be as muscular as her but her videos are challenging for me and not boring. I don't think I will get as tough because I haven't increased my weights yet. I really like hasfit on youtube too Claudia is cool and tough but a mom like me and makes my goals seem realistic.

You won't get that muscular by accident, and she uses pretty heavy dumbbells. I wouldn't worry about it if you're using light weights.1 -
