I've had my weekly ice-cream treat. The Ice-cream shop didn't have the one I was raving about last time. It is called Old Fashioned Vanilla Bean. Today I had dark chocolate. It will be a week or two before I treat myself to ice-cream again.

Tracey I think the studies are right. I have never known anyone D cup and larger that couldn't wait to get home and get their bra off. I have no problem with anyone any size going braless in public. Do what is most comfortable and healthy.

I am a 38-H, and I don't do braless except to sleep. I have gotten very attached to my sports bras as opposed to my underwires, but I do not go without.2 -
Sharon wow yiu really defended yourself. You have good instincts.
Heather im sorry about your sons youtube gig.
At the seaside as of today. I had booked a night as i could only find 1 reasonably priced night (Monday is not most sought after and rain was predicted fir today. Upon arriving i was very lucky to get a less expensive room free for 3 nights. Its not hot and few swam today.. I went fir shortest of dips and midday and at sunset. Napped rested. Happy to have a farniente vacation, a bit of walking, swimming reading... Lazing. To disconnect.5 -
Katie Does your sports bra help your back? What style of sports bra do you like best? A couple of large-breasted friends love the zip front. I am a recovering sports bra/compression swim bra addict. Well, now I know of one of the large size that doesn't de-bra until bedtime. Interested to know if you experience a benefit from this or if it is just what you prefer to do. The science of sports bras has always fascinated me. Because every woman differs, a great fitting sports bra is the best custom made. Sadly it is impossible for anyone to price a custom made affordable and make much for their time.

Delia Faye: Thanks for the link. It was an interesting time and DB Cooper was a criminal with the desire to grandstand.
Dr. Katie: You are wise to avoid bralessness except when sleeping. I feel the same way about it as you. If I’m awake and doing, I’m wearing my bra. :flowerforyou:
Pip: 'Bette' has an attractive new home. Will you live onboard or is this a storage facility?
Margaret: Love to you, too.
Rita: I will celebrate good friends from around the world right here in Women 50+.
Tracey: The Welcome sign is fabulous. Your DH has talent.
Carol: I’m hoping all of our students will be safe and healthy. Sending many prayers for them and for the teachers who will help them learn. All times are challenging, but this is the most serious health issue that I know of since the polio epidemic in the 1950s.
My bean harvest is a disappointment compared to previous years, so I decided to plant an additional packet of bean seeds today. Starting now, I may be picking them into late September or early October. I will see whether they germinate and grow. On the other hand, the blueberries are having an excellent year. Yay!!! We'll see how things go for the beans between now and fall.

Welcome Freya Clair Noland! My first newborn great grandchild.
She is definitely the target of many masked figures, but kidnap is NOT on their minds. Really. Well, I’d consider it, but my grandson Joey and his lady, Aaliyah seem pretty attached.
Barbara, I hope the news about your nephew is better than it sounds! I’d be terrified!
SarahK, your she shed could very easily become viable housing in some communities around Seattle that have enacted zoning changes to allow a second small residence per normal lot.
Faye in the Middle, that is indeed an interesting article. The crime is an intriguing one. Unsolved REAL mysteries and true-crime ala Ann Rule .are both very possible reads for me, although my tastes are quite eclectic, ranging from “Callahan’s Cross-Time Saloon” to “My Gun Is Deadly”. Who remembers Mickey Spillane and Grace Metalious? Polarizing figures of the 50s for $100, Alex! I had 2# removed from each breast (almost a kg!) in 1984. I was about 150# and a 36-DD, which in those days was larger than now, I swear. My bra always came off the instant I knew I wasn’t going out anymore. So did everything else unless I had a roommate, then it was shirt and shorts time. I acknowledged I was basically a nudist in about 1985, and am clothing-free most of the time when I’m home. The only hazard is if I forget to trim my kitties’ nails!
Pip! Bette getting settled in her new digs is awesome news. I hope bluer skies and warmer temps are good for your entire household.
Margaret, my heart plummeted at your news. You tried so hard! I do hope his last message makes it clear that he sought what would “cure”him. I’m sad for you, his family, however.
I’m too darn lazy to go get a watermelon, Rita! Can’t I pick someone else’s holiday? Canada’s Civic holiday sounds just right. I don’t have any need to visit any “Civics” today, either here in the USA or in Canada. If I abbreviate Canada it looks like CA California. Don’t need to see any civics there either.
Julie Bananas, Dolce far neinte indeed. I probably spelled that wrong and left out an accent or two. French seems rife with them Duolingo is definitely improving my spelling in Spanish. I’m glad it focuses on both written and spoken words.
My new medicine seems to be perking me up and letting me do a bit more cleaning and cooking. It’s called Abilify, but I’m only on half the smallest dose at the moment. I’m seeing if my sleep hours will settle down. They seem to be. I was forced to make the unhappy decision that I am probably NOT ready to adopt a dog yet. I have 3 cats to think of, and myself. And I’m still considering a visit this fall or winter to Oaxaca Mexico again. I’m too young to limit my travel wishes that have become possible with weight loss. I am 77, and who knows how much time is given me? If I’m like my grandparents, probably two decades. If I were like my parents and sibling, I’d be dead.
Much love to all of you!

Levi sighting! Apparently, he has combined the art of lip blubbing and food bubbles to become one little sticky person... (My grandson, for those who are new...)

Hi all: Went to dentist this morning. Every thing is good and they were taking all sorts of precautions although this is one thing you cannot do with a mask on. I had to wear a mask in the waiting room and until the hygienist told me I could remove it. I am on my last day of antibiotics for a sinus infection and really glad to be done with them. They have thrown off my eating because you cannot eat 2 hours before or 1 hour after you take them. Also not supposed to eat foods with high mineral content as the minerals absorb the antibiotic and it doesn't work.
barbara - Sending healing angels for your nephew and family.
Machka - Hope your DH has a happy birthday.
Lisa - Levi looks as if he is enjoying himself.
Everyone take care, Sue in WA5 -
Important measures in making the perfect sports bra
BLACK indicates the band size and is all the way around just under boobs.
ORANGE indicates the bust size and is also all the way around and over
the biggest part of the boobs.
RED indicates over boob and is a very important measure especially for fit
women and is all the way around just under the arms.
WHITE is from under boob over the nipple and up to the top of the shoulder. This
is also important especially in fixed strap bras.
YELLOW and BLUE are important for determining cup size.

Missing my youngest Navy son...again.😢 I am either on cloud nine, or missing him huh?! Well I last text with him was June 22nd so he's due to reconnect. Saw him on Messenger today but just for 5 minutes. That's frustrating. Well hopefully I hear from him. He's overseas in Japan presently.
