I want to lose 20 pounds. That will put me at an ideal weight. But the numbers on the scale are not the most important numbers to me. I want to become active again. I want to tone up. I'm 53 years old as of December. I'm not trying to fight my age I want to embrace that *kitten* and live my best, most active, beautiful life I can!!!
Also I want healthy eating to be my new normal way of eating.6 -
Build muscle and stay consistent3

Good Morning 🦋♥️
I’m also so ready to lose this 70 extra pounds of my body weight this year. I have to. It’s affecting health conditions now.I will share a line here someone wrote in another grp
“ If you don’t do it this year
Then you will be a year older
when you do this. “
So going to make it happen this year.
Last year was neither a gain or loss. Entered jan 1 2022 with same weight as I entered jan 1 of 2023.
But hopefully 🤞🏼 not going to see Jan 1 2024 with same weight.7 -

Hello! If you filter by "Free" it should show up as one of the four free plans. If you are still not seeing it please contact support by clicking on this link: https://myfitnesspal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or send an email to support@myfitnesspal.com with your device information, and the exact problem and our support team will investigate.

I want 2023 to be the year that I prioritize fitness, health and well-being in my life. I need to drop some weight and introduce activity into my very sendentary lifestyle. The aches and pains of being inactive when you are a woman of a certain age is unreal - I want to challenge myself to make a permanent change this year!! I can, I will and I must.
My mini goal is to lose 30 lbs this year. I am aiming to have an average loss of .5 to 1 lb per week between now and June 30th. I aim to exercise at least 3 times weekly for 30 minutes - no excuses. I am looking for strength and endurance. Keto is the eating lifestyle I want to adopt as it has been successful for me. I want to obliterate the threat of diabetes from life. Let's do this5 -
I am in also. Down 65 lb from my top weight, but was down 80 - had a recent 15 lb. gain after caring for my ill husband and neglecting myself. Now would like to lost 20 to 25. Need all the help and support I can get.3

Just be a better me 2023! Healthier lifestyle. Of course I want to lose weight, gain muscle, and get shredded. But healthier living is my goal4
-
What is your ultimate health and fitness goal for 2023? Get back to my DMV weight. Done with excuses.
What healthy habits do you want to build to help achieve your goal? Cutting sugar back tremendously (I sell candy)
What’s the best nutrition or exercise advice you’ve learned (and still use today)? Every step counts. 1 step at a time.5 -
Yesterday was my starting day - I know it's weird to start my "new me" program in the middle of the week but since I decided to rejoin the myfitnesspal community, I thought it made sense to start my program right away. On the food/water side of things I did well. I still have not integrated movement in my execution plan as yet - I am going to start that today regardless of any obstacles. I have a good start with the eating plan today - I just need to finish the day strong. It is my first workday back in the office since Dec 22nd. It's been so long that I forgot my system password - for real! Anyway - I am going to aim to get at least 30 minutes of movement today after work, because I know the longer I wait to get started with exercise, the longer it will take to get started with exercise.4
