It was chilly this morning 48°F for my run this morning. It was chilly, but nice and I went 6.25 miles. I wore shorts and a t-shirt with my sleeves and gloves. I took them off about 2.5 miles in, but ended up putting them back on about a mile from home. I do like this weather. It is cool, but not cold. And I am loving starting out in the dark and having the sky turn blue as I head home. I never can get good sunrise pictures but I always enjoy seeing the sun as it rises.
@Zaxa2021 I love those runs where I feel like I can go forever. Especially when I didn't really want to get started.

Great running @kgirlhart . That weather is a bit too cold for me to wear shorts.

I helped with health screenings at one of the local High Schools this morning. When I got home, I tried to nap, but kept getting phone calls I had to answer, so gave up on that idea. I did a treadmill run later. I did a run/walk of 3/2 minutes at 4.2-5.1/3.8 mph. Nothing special, but at least it felt pretty good today.8 -

It was chilly this morning at 43°F. That's a little cooler than I usually like it, but it wasn't windy or wet, so it wasn't too bad. I wore shorts and a t-shirt with sleeves and gloves. I was chilly starting out, but dressed comfortably for the run. It was actually a really pretty morning. I ran 7 miles and I felt like I could run all day. It was dark when I left the house, but the sky was getting light as I headed back home. I saw 8 deer by the park. It was so cool. There were two adults and 3 younger deer on one side of the road, and 3 adults on the other side. Most of them stopped and watched me as I ran past them. I would have taken a picture, but the pictures never turn out that good and I was afraid if I stopped to get my phone out they would run off.
I love your sunrise and sunset pictures @AlphaHowls!
@mnsmov15 I hope you enjoyed Diwali!

Glad I found this group/thread! Going to try to run 60km between now and end-Nov. (15km per week for the next 4 weeks). Normally track runs on Strava, so anyone regular there, is welcome to add too! Good luck, team! https://www.strava.com/athletes/zak_brockman
First 6k in the bag! Motivation to get out mainly thanks to this group. Thanks, team [6.2/60] Will head out again tomorrow morning. Cheers for the add on Strava Jennifer and Vicky!
Happy Monday, team! Hello from Germany! 👋 I am travelling for work this week, but remembered to pack my running shoes! I added 5k to my total yesterday, and will aim to add another 5k tomorrow. Went for a walk this eve to Recci for tomorrow. Lets hope the rain subsides! Thanks for the support.

You are a busy guy @Zakkery86. Good job getting in runs between travels.
I had more workers at home today, so couldn't get out. Did 5 TM miles instead (I forgot to re-start my watch after my 4mi potty break, so I edited my Garmin stats, but Strava didn't take the edit. Oh well).

5 uneventful miles before work this morning. Temp was chilly at 34F. Heading out of town this evening and will be hiking on the AT on Friday and Saturday so no running for the next couple of days.
@zakkery86 – running is my favorite way to explore the places that I visit when I travel. You get to see so much more and the not-so-touristy spots that way.

Yay, first nice run this month. Wasn't a lot, but I tried to run slow and breathe relaxed. After yesterday's blood pooling disaster things went great today. Maybe next run can go a bit longer.7 -

It was 53°F this morning, so just perfect running weather. I wore shorts and a t-shirt, but seemed a little chilly so I also wore my sleeves and gloves. I was just right. I didn't see any deer today, but I still enjoyed the run. And I hit 2023 miles for Run the Year! I am counting all of my running, walking, and daily steps. But it is still quite a challenge for me. I hit 2022 last year on December 17th, so I am a month ahead of last year.
Our Run the Year team with @SummerSkier , @quilteryoyo and myself also hit 6000 miles today!
