My name is Shirley. I am 56yrs old. I'm a diabetic type 2 and have other health issues. I'm very obese. I weigh 385.6lbs. I just got out of the hospital a couple of months ago. I want and need to lose weight to improve my health and to feel better about myself and myself esteem. I want to live a longer healthier happier life. I'm disabled and want to get out and do more things then I do now. I'm happy I found this app. I've tried several other diets but nothing worked so I'd thought I would give this a try.
