@kgirlhart My condolences for the loss of your cousin.

Happy runniversary! Your story is so inspiring.

@daria0919 Happy birthday! I recently bought some sandals from dr Scholl's time off line that have really nice cushion and arch support that don't look frumpy! I had plantar fasciitis flare up a few months ago after a long day in shoes with no arch support on my feet. It's gotten better but it hasn't totally gone away. I can't wear sandals to work so most days I've been wearing tennis shoes. But I bought these more supportive sandals before my trip to Japan and they worked great.

    Forgot to post this yesterday.
Early morning pre-work easy miles. I thought I started my watch but must have not quite pushed the button enough. Luckily I caught it at my 0.5 mile point so easy enough to account for.

18.09 back from summer vacation. Bumped pinky toe (again) on a rock. Might have broken it this time. Or at least thoroughly dislocated. Oh yeah, and the nail is off again. Yeah, this toe takes some beating.

    107.51/140 miles completed for September

Today's speedwork was an interval run. I ended up with 6 miles. I felt pretty good about it. I was too fast on some of the intervals, but I hit most of them. It was 77F when I got up, so not the most pleasant weather, but staying focused on the workout helped me not to focus on the weather. And the moon was still looking very pretty.

Thanks again @Scott6255 , @daria0919 , @quilteryoyo , @Teresa502, @Laurz9191 and @martaindale. And Happy Birthday @daria0919. I'm sorry the tendonitis is still bothering you, but you are being smart to let it heal.

    Happy 65 @daria0919 🎉🥳🎂🎁 I'm pretty close behind you 😁

Did Stride repeats today on the TM. 45 min WU, 12x :20 strides / :40 recovery, 15 min CD
It was a good workout for being on the TM. Almost 7 miles.
