    New month and Monday is approaching...should be have a new challenge for September?

    Thinking keep it the same - or - would like to measure waist/abdomen and goal would be to lose 1/2" to 1"

    Any ideas???

    I'd love to join your new challenge! I would like to get back to the 360 minutes a week and adding in measurements would be a great way to visually see the weight loss and would keep me going!

    Wed- Insanity Cardio core and resistance 39min
    Thurs- kickboxing 60min and Cardio recovery 33min
    Friday- Insanity Pure Cardio 38min
    Sat - Rest day!
    Sun - Insanity plyo cardio circuit 41min and 30 min walking

    367min this week whew I barely made it!!

    Had I been home this weekend I coulda squashed that this morning at zumba. Next week I think it is they start a new Sunday evening zumba toning!! Totally met the time goal again however..

    New goal?? hmm.. I just wanna get rid of my souffle! Gonna restart my sit ups and push ups challenge tomorrow... totoally fell off :mad: again.. I would like to lose at least 6 pounds this month to reach my goal of 115 by Dec. 1 that makes about 6.25 pound loss needed per month! We'll see!!

    Kinda "lame" since walking the fair drinking beer shouldn't really count

    Tomorrow, I will start the September thread...oh, the joy of kiddies returning to school...should be able to kick it up with them gone, gone, gone

    Thinking to keep the 360 minutes, 2500 calories and lose 1/2 to 1 inch off the abdomen...what does everyone think?
