I forgot to post my results in this thread.
I took measurements yesterday morning and here are my results:
I weighed myself yesterday, this is not my regular weigh in day, but I wanted a "finish" weight. According to my scale, I have lost 7 lbs since I started the shred. I lost 2 inches in my bust, a 1/4 of an inch on each arm, 4 inches on my waist, 3.5 inches on my hips, and 1 inch off of each thigh!
I am pretty happy with those results! I think I might continue with the shred, but just do a different level every day.
Keep up the great work everyone!
Thank you!
How are you feeling?
I restarted the shred today. Just gonna do it every day and cycle through a different level every day0 -
wohooo!!! so finished the shred on sat and lost a total of 6 pounds...i didnt do measurements though but definetly feel more firm....so yesterday was my first day off after 30 days...and i kinda missed the shred...i think on the days that i am not at the gym i will continue with it too also doing alternate levels0

So, I took massive amounts of measurements when I started the shred. My husband said I was crazy, but I wanted to keep track of a lot of areas. I thought I would share them with you guys. You probably think it's weird that I measured over my belly button, but trust me. After two kids, I've got the flabby pooch right there. Also, I measured over, across, and under my bust so I could keep track of my bra size! Sorry about the way it looks, the colors didn't paste over, but you get the idea. I took my first measurements on the first day of the shred, first day of level 2, first day of level 3 and the last day. I'm starting the Biggest Loser Cardio Max today, too.
As of 9/30/2010 (10/11/10) (10/22/10)(11/1/10)these are my stats to keep track of my progress:

I'm in!! I need all the support I can get..I've had 3 failed attempts so far..can't last for more than 3 days in a row! I've heard that a shred support group is the best way to go for keeping motivated! feel free to add me, I will provide as much support as possible!0
