Wait...this sounds great, but why? I'm assuming you don't want to lose weight. Are you all bodybuilders or something?
I am on an 80% 20% diet and I got to get my 20% from somewhere! Why not ice cream?
I am considering being in, but I got to work out the cost. Is frozen yoghurt allowed as well?
Me love frozen yoghurt.0 -
Wow, I am so jealous of all the delicious sounding ice cream flavours you get across the pond. Good luck on your cleanses everyone!
As it's cold here and Easter is on it's way, I'll be doing a chocolate cleanse, mostly consisting of creme eggs and mini-eggs. I do this for around 2 months every year and highly recommend it.0 -

It's 15 degrees F right now, where I am (Columbus, Ohio). I had ice cream last night. There's no such thing as "too cold for ice cream", in my book... and I complain about the cold... all... the... time.0 -

Agreed. Never too cold!
I have Pumpkin Sea Salted Caramel Gelato tonight after work. Not sure what I'm going to plan in tomorrow post workout yet.0 -
Y'all should try that new Ben & Jerry's Salted Caramel Core. I normally will eat half the pint one day and then the other half another. Uh uh, nope, not this time. I ate half of it when I got home from the grocery and put it in the freezer. Then I came back that night and ate the rest of it, it was that good.
I wasn't a fan of the core on this one. It was a really harsh kinda flavor imo. I did love the blondie bit ice cream portion though...
I much preferred the Karamel Sutra one as the caramel was less heavy.0 -
Will the cleanse not work if instead of 30 days I do it for 31? I was hoping to try all the flavors at Baskin Robbins.
Extra credit bro0 -

So ice cream bars are also included in This awesome cleanse? As I can't possibly fit a pint in my calories, but will surely try for two servings! :-)0
-
I am in (for a pint a day which will fit my macros)! Great idea
Today I will eat: Haagen Dazs - Butter Pecan Ice Cream Pint, 1 container (2 cups ea.)0 -
Props on the inclusion of Three Twins. I had never actually seen any until I was visiting my sister in Arizona, and we got some at Sprouts. Good stuff.0

Today at work when I mentioned I was sick, a coworker suggested I do a cleanse. I told her I was going to start the Pop-Tart Cleanse, and perhaps do some coffee enemas, but I think now I'll just show her this thread
Also...
Does anybody else buy Talenti so they can re-use the containers?
I'm not the only one! My dogs chewed up the one I had in my lunch bag last week. Guess I'll have to buy another!
Safeway brand pumpkin pie ice cream tonight. Who has the pumpkin sea salted caramel gelato?!0
