I'm confused as to how washing with gelato is going to help you lose weight.

Well I'm washing myself with it instead of ingesting it - therefore, calorie deficit. See?

Great, just great. Once again I misunderstand the rules. Thought I was supposed to eat it.......damn......next time could you try to be more clear with your challenge?

To be fair to the poster, the OP was about eating a pint of ice cream. On a cut, I would be hard pushed to eat a pint of ice cream, even slow churn, and be able to hit my macros and have a vaguely reasonable diet.

    I suppose so …

although, there was another three pages about not eating a pint and just a serving..

but yes, I could not cut on a pint of ice cream a day...

It's too cold here to enjoy ice cream. Can I do a chocolate cleanse diet instead?

I was referring to a pint of chocolate. But, a pint of icecream would probably contain a 1Lb of sugar as well.

A 1Lb of sugar a day, would do.

Are you saying a pint of ice cream contains a pound of sugar?

Wow. Wonder how they find room for all the other ingredients.

Y'all should try that new Ben & Jerry's Salted Caramel Core. I normally will eat half the pint one day and then the other half another. Uh uh, nope, not this time. I ate half of it when I got home from the grocery and put it in the freezer. Then I came back that night and ate the rest of it, it was that good.

BTW... If you're looking for unique flavors of ice cream and live in/near the Kansas City area, be sure to check out this company: https://www.facebook.com/DubyasSpecialtyIceCream

It's my cousin's business and they blend different types of wine, fruits, nuts, chocolate, etc together for some really different flavors. They don't ship yet and I haven't been home since I found out that he and his new bride started the business, but I've heard great reviews!

Will the cleanse not work if instead of 30 days I do it for 31? I was hoping to try all the flavors at Baskin Robbins.

Do you know how many grams are actually in a pound? For example a pint of Ben and Jerry's Peanut Butter cup (which is one of the higher calorie ice creams) is 96 grams of sugar. That's roughly 4 ounces, or 1/4 of a pound.

I'm afraid your estimation might be a tad off. But then again I'm not sure how much a pint of chocolate is, or if we're talking milk vs semi sweet vs dark (varying sugar content) so maybe you're right about that one.
