    Mon: 130 minutes (walking/running, cleaning, and plank/crunches)
    Tues: 50 minutes (walking)
    Wed: 30 minutes (walking) - fighting a "bug" of some kind, so not much moving lately :sick:

    Week 4= 5-26-14: back to my lower goal 350 with the holiday I think it wise!

    Monday: 32 minutes (22 minute run + 5 min walk + 5 min stretching)
    Tuesday: REST
    Wednesday: 70 minutes (60 min spin class + 10 min pre-class warm up)
    Thursday: REST
    Friday: 60 minutes (spin)

    Total / Goal: 162/325 - 163 minutes to go. Yeah... goal is not going to happen this week. I've just had WAY TOO MUCH going on this week. I'm not even sure I will get any more exercise in, but maybe I'll squeeze a run in this weekend... crazy times.

    Sat: 100 minutes (walking, setting up canopies/"picnic" tables and chairs, lugging picnic supplies around yard, carrying fire wood for fire pit, cleaning pool etc. for a picnic/birthday party for my husband)
    Sun: resting all day if I can! :tongue:

    Total completed / min left: 520 / exceed goal

    I'm moving more than I ever imagined - I guess I never really kept track before of the time I spent. Thanks for motivating me!
