    Just amazing, thank you for sharing your entire story. As much as your physical appearance has changed, the thing that impresses me the most if the internal fortitude and perseverance it took for that to happen.     As trite as it may sound you go girl. I read stories here about people who have made such great progress and strides and the smile just covers my face.
    I also had some health issues at 367 pounds bluntly I was in danger of stroking out from hypertension when I started to walk at first to the corner and back and slowly increased till I ran and just kept running Last year I ran 2 10K the first one to fulfil a promise to my daughter that if I ever got to the point I would run with her in the 10K.
    I try to be polite when people who don't know me say "BUT YOU just don't know how hard it is to lose weight. Really tell me about it.
    My life as yours is so much richer and more fun now
    Congratulations to you and your family who all must enjoy you so much more now
