Monday-30 min of Fat Blaster/270 calories
Tuesday- 38 min of stairs/running/jacks/jump roping/275 calories
Wednesday- 30 min of turbo jam & 15 min of strength training/270 calories
Thursday- Nothing
Friday- Nothing
Saturday- 43 min of Cardio Party 2 & 20 min of Ab Jam/660 calories

This week:

Guess what it's doing here, any one? It's still coming down, I am sure we will not get as much as yesterday which was over 12 inches with freezing rain and wind thrown in. The drive home from work yesterday was very............. long.
Yes the snow shoveling was a great workout, I did not enter it all just that sidewalk which is 48 feet long, 4 feet wide and had a 3 foot deep snow drift running all the way up the walk. It is doubly productive exercise.
I am so impressed with your workouts, great job! Has anyone lost weight this week? Not me but that's seems to be normal.

where are you at alice? we got a good dumping here in MI...snow at my parents and freezing rain and ice where i am at...no school today and i am hoping to still get that fabulous call that i get to sleep in again tomorrowi really really hope winter says farewell soon...i loved the tease of spring we had here last week!!!
oh and i haven't lost a bit for a while...actually the scale is inching up the other directioni am hoping it is mostly from water retention from all of the running i did last week since my body hadn't run that much for a long while...i know if i ignored my sweet tooth more often the scale might start downward, but geesh that is tough sometimes

I am in Wisconsin, and we were in the snow belt this time. Also freezing rain, sleet and snow here. We had snow flakes the size of snow balls, and I am not exagerating. I have never seen anything like it.

Since the beginning of the month, I've lost 3.2 lbs....
I am so sick of snow as well....just when we thought it was over....BAM...now, we have March on the way which is typically the snowiest month of the year

I did not meet my weigh in goal :sad:. But there is always next week. I will just have to keep pushing myself!!!!
Even if you did not not meet your goal. Did you lose weight this week? I bet you did. Sometimes we can not do anything with that scale, but as long as we know we ate right and exercise, that is the important thing. Hang in there and keep on doing it! The scale will drop eventually, if not today.0 -

7:30 to 8:30, zumba...60 minutes
9:00 pass out and die:sick:
I only have off tomorrow and Wednesday, goal is 2 hours each day exercise (4 hours)
Friday, work 7A to 7P...no exercise
Saturday, work 7A to 3P...1 hour exercise
Sunday, work 7A to 3P...1 hour exercise
