    Monday- 30 min of Fat Blaster/270 calories
    Tuesday-58 min of Legs & Back/513 calories
    Wednesday- 43 min of Cardio Party1 & 20 min of Ab Jam/615 calories

    Total:
    194 min/1878 calories

    I can't wait til I get all of my other workout DVDs back from my friend. She was borrowing them to see which one she wants to get. I love Turbo Jam don't get me wrong, I just really liked having variety to pick what I want to do. And I sure do miss my Turbo Fire!!!! Can't wait to get it back. Also miss my Chalean Extreme weights. I feel like I'm getting as good of a burn with the others that I've been using. Hopefully this weekend I'll see them and get them back.

    Usually, I don't use housecleaning; but, this was vacuuming 4 levels and under furniture...and they look beautiful, I might add.

    You Don't Have to Be Perfect to Lose Weight

    To banish your perfectionism, and the all-or-nothing attitude it burdens you with, try these three tips:

    1) Allow yourself to make mistakes so you can learn.
    When you feel anxious or sad for having done something imperfect, switch from the self-critical "giving-up mode" to "learning mode." Instead of berating yourself the way JoAnn did, ask yourself: "What can I learn from this mistake and what can I do differently right now?"

    2) Be realistic.
    Making one mistake does not mean you are *always* making mistakes. When you start to feel like you're a hopeless case, ask yourself: "Is that really true? Realistically, what else can I do?"

    3) Lower your standards.
    Practice making a few mistakes on purpose. Then, practice doing a few tasks less thoroughly than you would have in the past. As you practice you will develop a tolerance for imperfection. And remember, practice makes ... well, maybe not.

    You Don't Have to Be Perfect to Lose Weight. Let's say you do what you need to do to lose weight and keep it off 90 percent of the time. You'll probably do pretty well. Why don't you give it a try and find out. It sure beats ZERO percent of the time, doesn't it?

    I think I'll be down another pound for the week...the exercise really helps burn those calories...also, been super good with the alcohol intake...now, I just have to keep this up for 6 more weeks to see fantastic results...

    Just couldn't make myself workout any longer than twenty today. Really worn out from all the emotional situations I've been put in the last few days. And my eating today wasn't great either. But oh well, there's always tomorrow. Will just try to do better. One day at a time...

    Monday - rest day ( needed slep)
    Tues- setp - 60mins/ 600 calories
    Wed - boot camp 60 mins/ 500 calories.......240 mins / 2500 calories to go
    Thurs -0
    Fri - bootcamp 50mins/550 cals.....190mins/1950calories to go
    Sat - gym?
