    Great Burn this week....I will be out of my routine next week and I am not sure what my workouts will look like.

    Goal 4500 calories

    Mon: 968 calories burned (C25K, glutes circuit & walk 5 miles)
    Tues: 1079 calories burned (spin, arm circuit & walk 5 miles)
    Wed: REST DAY
    Thu: 1037 calories burned (spin, back circuit & walk 5 miles)
    Fri: 467 calories burned (C25K & glutes circuit)
    Sat: 1224 calories burned (spin, arm circuit & walk 5 miles)
    Sun:

    Calories left to burn: 0/Zero (Over 275 :wink:)

    GOAL: 3600 calories!

    Monday - rest day ( needed slep)
    Tues- setp - 60mins/ 600 calories
    Wed - boot camp 60 mins/ 500 calories.......240 mins / 2500 calories to go
    Thurs -0
    Fri - bootcamp 50mins/550 cals.....190mins/1950calories to go
    Sat - 120mins raking + 30mins walking = 150mins/ 784 calories......40mins/ 1166 calories to go
