Wednesday- 15 min of walking/running on the Elliptical & 20 min of bench pressing weights/210 calories
Thursday-10 min of walking/running on the Elliptical & 44 min of Cardio Party #2/500 calories
Friday- 10 min of walking/running on the Elliptical & 55 min of Fire 55/636 calories
Saturday-None

Not too bad for my first week back at working out. Saturday and Sunday I didn't really dare workout because my back was pretty sore from Fire 55. My sister and I determined that I ought to start out easier and not do any Turbo Fire workouts yet, that I need to work up to it. So for now I'm gonna just do elliptical training, walking, light lifting with just bench pressing, and some light modifying Turbo Jam. Maybe by mid-Feb I will feel up to starting Turbo Fire again, but i guess only time will tell.

I am so up for this as February is a big month for me to push as I have a goal of losing 6.5 during Feb to make my goal of 170 by my birthday on 3/1. I know I need to kick up my exercise so this will really work for me. My goal is 360 minutes of exercise this week:

its so cold in new orleans today, we went from 60 degree weather to 30 degrees. finding it hard not to go home n be a bum, i'm trying to psyche myself up to do an awesome workout after work today but cant find the motivation. how do u all keep up ur workouts in this cold?0

Thank God my lights just came back on (Yes the bill was pd ). Here in Georgia we did not get the snow but today we have the wind and temp must have dropped about a good 20 degrees. Hope everyone else in the North are safe and sound. I can't wait for Spring!!!!
