    its so cold in new orleans today, we went from 60 degree weather to 30 degrees. finding it hard not to go home n be a bum, i'm trying to psyche myself up to do an awesome workout after work today but cant find the motivation. how do u all keep up ur workouts in this cold?

    Thank God my lights just came back on (Yes the bill was pd:tongue: ). Here in Georgia we did not get the snow but today we have the wind and temp must have dropped about a good 20 degrees. Hope everyone else in the North are safe and sound. I can't wait for Spring!!!!

    Good thing I'm not going for the calories burned challenge. I don't know how much I'd have to work out to do that. Tonight is a Zumba class.
