    Sunday- 45 min of Cardio Pary #2/470 calories
    Monday-30 min of Fat Blaster/270 calories
    Tuesday- 38 min of stairs/running/jacks/jump roping/275 calories
    Wednesday- 30 min of turbo jam & 15 min of strength training/270 calories

    Total:
    158 min/1285 calories

    So sore from Tuesday night's workout. My butt is super sore and the back of my legs. I love the feeling! Makes me know I'm getting stronger!

    Kim, I made my weigh in goal -2.5. I will be getting my pedicure this weekend. I am striving for some more workout gear next week (I have coupons)...we will see what happens:wink: .
