    Tues: Rest Day
    Wed: 778 calories burned (run/walk, arms/shoulders, hip hop abs & stairmaster)

    I ended up working out yesterday for 90 minutes, you guys motivated me:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: and the thought of the pedicure too:tongue:

    Kim, I so agree. There have been a few days when I would have turned the alarm clock off and got a couple extra zzzz's but I did not because this challenge pushes me to be accountable. I :heart: it especially since I am rewarding myself weekly for achieving all goals. Thanks so much for that incentive.

    Monday- 20 min fo turbo jam 20 min & 20 min of bench pressing/250 calories
    Tuesday- 58 min of P90X Kenpo/520 calories
    Wednesday- 30 min of P90X Legs & Back/240 calories

    Total so far:
    173 min/1490 calories

    May take time, but I'm working up to 360 min a week and 2500 calories a week.

    Monday- 20 min fo turbo jam 20 min & 20 min of bench pressing/250 calories

    Monday--5 minutes. but 5 minutes is more than nothing, right?
    Tuesday--30 minutes on Treadmill....more??? --10 minutes dancing with my 2 1/2 year old, 20 minutes on the eliptical
    Wednesday--Bowling---I was there for 3 hours, but probably only really moved for about 30/45 minutes.
    Thursday--30 minutes Jazzercise express
    Friday
    Saturday
    Sunday

    We'll see how I do tomorrow. I hurt my ankle tonight at Jazzercise. I was able to finish the class, but it is tender right now.

    Girl your feet must be smokin' from all those workouts...super jealous that you have made your goal (in a good way)...I just got cancelled from work from 3 to 7 so I am really going to try and push it...WE WILL SEE!!!
