Hello peeps!! Well I am not going to get the 360 this week that is for sure but I will do my best. Had knee issues this week and so far so good.
Week of 5/16/11 360 min:
Mon: 60 min = 15 min bike, 20 min elliptical, 25 min LB weights......................................300 min left!
Tue: knee pain, took a rest day.
Wed: 45 min Leslie Sansone 3 mile DVD................................................................................255 min left!
Thu: knee recovering and feeling much better
Fri: 85 min = 45 and 40 min workouts with Leslie.................................................................170 min left!
Sat: 66 min = 36 min LS 2 mile DVD, 30 min walk.................................................................104 min left!

This was a hectic week for me. I only log the walking/jogging or any additional exercise I may get done. My stepmom passed and a first cousing passed and their funeral was this week. Today was the first day I actually felt like and had the time to get something done. Next week will be much better. I return to work on Monday, so I will be able to resume my walking/jogging during lunch.

i am going to go ahead and say that i won't make the 360 this week...but i am okay with that i had a GREAT run this morning (5k PR 26:11)and last week i went way over

My first time was....hot and steamy, it made me a bit nauseous and dizzy...bikram yoga that is...I think I liked it, in some sort of sick way
Andrea, I know that you have been having leg and foot pain...try the yoga, it really reduces stress on the joints and heals them...I feel a lot better after just one class.0 -
