    total: 181 minutes/1288 calories

    5k in the morning :) tough course and my foot is bothering me so i am not going for speed, but i am excited to race...i am a little addicted :)

    Tue: knee pain, took a rest day.
    Wed: 45 min Leslie Sansone 3 mile DVD................................................................................255 min left!
    Thu: knee recovering and feeling much better
    Fri: 85 min = 45 and 40 min workouts with Leslie.................................................................170 min left!

    Hello peeps!! Well I am not going to get the 360 this week that is for sure but I will do my best. Had knee issues this week and so far so good.


    Week of 5/16/11 360 min:

    Mon: 60 min = 15 min bike, 20 min elliptical, 25 min LB weights......................................300 min left!
    Tue: knee pain, took a rest day.
    Wed: 45 min Leslie Sansone 3 mile DVD................................................................................255 min left!
    Thu: knee recovering and feeling much better
    Fri: 85 min = 45 and 40 min workouts with Leslie.................................................................170 min left!

    Tue: 90 min - 3 Aerobic Videos, 30 min each - 150 min done
    Wed: 60 min - Aerobics & Toning class - 210 min done
    Thu: 50 min - walking brisk pace (15), EA Sports Active Xbox/Kinect (35) - 260 min done
    Fri: 52 min - Caribbean Rhythm with Ramon Class - 312 min done/48 min to go
    Sat: 25 min - brisk walking - 337 min done/23 to go

    Mollie1037 I hope your knee is feeling better. Some weeks are great weeks and some not so great. It all evens out in the wash as my grandmother would say:wink:. You have been doing a Great Job!!!

    This was a hectic week for me. I only log the walking/jogging or any additional exercise I may get done. My stepmom passed and a first cousing passed and their funeral was this week. Today was the first day I actually felt like and had the time to get something done. Next week will be much better. I return to work on Monday, so I will be able to resume my walking/jogging during lunch.

    i am going to go ahead and say that i won't make the 360 this week...but i am okay with that i had a GREAT run this morning (5k PR 26:11) :) and last week i went way over :) it sounds like i am not the only one who will be a bit short this week...some weeks are just like that...we will come back strong next week :)

    My first time was....hot and steamy, it made me a bit nauseous and dizzy...bikram yoga that is...I think I liked it, in some sort of sick way

    Andrea, I know that you have been having leg and foot pain...try the yoga, it really reduces stress on the joints and heals them...I feel a lot better after just one class.
