Thurs: 818 calories burned (spin, back circuit, & Insanity Power & Resistance)--122

:bigsmile: :bigsmile: Woo Hoo!!! I made my goal of 5500 with an extra 432 calories burned. I am so excited but I won't do this again because there was no rest this week. But I did eat cheesecake and fried sweet pototoe fries at the Jazz Festival :drinker:. You have to pay if you are going to play!!!0 -

Tuesday - 60 minutes walking/jogging 466 calories burned (HRM)
Wednesday - nada - bad weather
Thursday - nada - storm
Friday - work, work, work. I didn't even get to take lunch ;-(
Saturday - 75 minutes walking/jogging 705 calories burned
Sunday - 45 minutes of kick ball - 311 calories burned
Minutes Left - A LOT
Total Calories Burned - 1482
Had a great time with family today. We played kick ball and jumped rope - double dutch!!! Afterwards all the old heads were popping Advil. LOL
Update - my grand daughter is already moaning. I had her dad bring her to my house so we can hit the park at 7 a.m. LOL She is already looking SAD!!! I love it!!! :laugh: :laugh:0 -

Mon (5/23): 60 min – Zumba class – 60 min done
Tue: 60 min - EA Active Sports 2 Circuit on Xbox 360 - 120 min done
Wed: 60 min - walking, brisk and otherwise!! - 180 min done
Thu: 60 min - walking (25); dance aerobic video (35) - 240 min done
Fri: 60 min walking on Treadmill at the Gym - 300 done
Sat: 90 min - body pump class (45); treadmill (45) - 390 min done
Sun: 30 min - brisk walk - 420 min done
Total minutes for the month of 1,640!!!
Thanks to you all for organizing and following this challenge. It really made a big difference for me this month. I lost 7.5 pounds during the month, and I am now only 3 pounds away from my goal of 50 pounds lost!! And I treated myself today, by going out to buy new clothes and work out gear/shoes. Thanks again!0 -
I'm in! I do p90x so I don't think it will be a problem... If I do all the workouts for the week. I keep having a good Monday thru Wednesday then the rest of the week gets tough. But I'll try my best. I'm starting Monday!0
