    Ah, need to burn over 1000 a day on Sat and Sun. I have a training session tomorrow but I find I don't burn that many doing that sort of training - the joys of being much fitter is it is so much harder to burn those calories :smile:
    On the plus side I finally got back to they gym, had'nt been since Monday and boy was I missing it, who would have ever thought that would happen, certainly not me!!

    It looks like everyone is having an awesome week!!!! :flowerforyou: I wish I could say the same but, I've had some things going on and I have been in a bit of a FUNK since Mother's day!!
