    Wed: calories burned - 833 (Gym: Cybex Arc Trainer 41 Mins 2.31 miles high & low incline & resistence intervals)
    Thur:calories burned - 700 (Gym: Stair Master 25 Mins 2.16 Mi = 260, Cybex Arc Trainer 20 Mins 2.13 Mi high & low incline & resistence intervals = 440)

    (I keep watching my numbers and thinking.. well this week was hard due to life getting in the way.. but I realize.. Doesnt life always get in the way?? -- Note to Self: "No Excuses, if you fail, try harder next week!"
