    Day 1
    Weight--- 160
    Arms--- 12
    Bust---37
    Up Waist--- 33
    Lw Waist--- 39.5
    Hips--- 42
    Thighs--- 25
    Calves--- 15

    Day 10
    Weight--- 157
    Arms--- 12
    Bust---36.5
    Up Waist--- 32
    Lw Waist--- 38
    Hips--- 41.5
    Thighs--- 24
    Calves--- 14.5

    Down 3lbs and 4.5in. add that 2 the 9lbs & 12.5in from my first round of the Shred and this is why Im in love with it! =]

    I took the day off today - needed to since my legs are killing me from my 2 hour gardening session yesterday - youch! Tomorrow is day 29 and then Tuesday day 30. Wow, this went fast and I'm so proud that I am actually following something through to the end!

    So proud of you all, and thanks so much for joining this thread and hanging in there with me. You all are rock stars!!

    Mine are posted from my first round of the shred. Do post, its very inspiring. As for me R2L2D5 Done! Have way thru my 2nd round! =]

    As soon as I am done with this round 2, Im on L2D6 I will be starting another round maybe you can start that one with me and do before and after pics then! =]
