    Hey everyone! Glad to see soooo many motivated and supportive people! I just graduated Insanity Asylum and I plan to begin P90x Sept 1st. I dropped a size and 10 inches overall! Since I loved the program and health & fitness I decided to become an Independent Team Beachbody Coach also. So anyone needing support or motivation, let me know!     My body feels tore up every freaking day. Starting to feel signs of a burnout. I thought DOMS was supposed to go away after a few weeks. Trying to avoid OTC pain med, but I hit ibuprofen quite a bit. I drink a recovery drink after every workout, but that doesn't seem to be doing enough.

    Day 51 - Core Synergistics completed

    I decided not to try and make up the missed Kenpo X from last week and focus on recovering. Shin splints really start to get to me in the third week of each phase, and I see phase 3 is a week longer. Need to make sure I'm okay to push through an extra week of pain.

    I'm pretty excited about almost getting to my third phase. Hopefully some fat will start to fall off soon lol.

    I decided to use yesterday as my Rest / Stretch day. I was physically and mentally exhausted yesterday and felt like I was on the verge of getting sick. I got home from work and slept the rest of the day.

    I feel much better today.

    I'll get back to the program soon.

    Do you have any problems with your dvd's skipping? a couple of mine are driving me nuts. I basically have to keep forwarding the tape. over and over. grrrrr

    Thanks VBtim180. Sorry to hear about your mother's house!

    You are probably using an older DVD player. I tried playing the DVDs on an older portable DVD player and an older laptop and I did have skipping problems. I haven't had any problems with my newer DVD player.

    I've been having problems with Tendonitis in one of my ankles and I need to treat it before it gets worse so for the next week or two I'll be icing my ankle and replacing all exercises that aggravate it with other exercises.

    No more hiking or plyometrics for a while until my ankle gets better. No more running in place, jumping rope or jumping jacks either.
