Hey guys,
We kidnapped an extra 1000 calories and were not kidnapped ourselves, so all in all a good day.
Their are 15 people on all boats, we lost two member early (the list is on the first post in this thread, withcyboots and getinfitin2011 left the boat) and added Beila Lin and Timeforme23.0 -

Why couldn't today have been the triple day?! I swam for what I estimated to be about 90 minutes, and then kayaked for the first time for about 30 minutes (it might have been more like 45 minutes, but I'll just go with 30). I am soooooo sunburnt. Like that --> :mad: But I'm not mad, just bright red. :sad:0 -

WOW....reading everyone's burns are really inspiring me...i'm still working (from home), and have negative cals for the day, no exercise and no time for it in sight...but i will try try try to do something....maybe just a quick run around my park....ughhh sorry. battling skin issues (eczema flared up) and face (breakouts) so exercise is not going to help my skin clear up....well i'll try something like i said...there i said it. now i just have to do it .0

I started sweating from cleaning and my sunburn started stinging the heck out of me. :sad: I can barely walk my legs are burned so badly. I guess instead of only hosing my daughters down with the Coppertone Kids I should have gotten myself too. :sick: I still think kayaking is awesome though! :laugh:0
