    I hope no one is offended by what I am going to say...... But I didn't know who/where else to discuss this.

    But I looked at the blog (link below) and thought great job except she looks waaaayyyy to skinny. She has nice arms but the rest of her looks way too small. Is there something wrong with my thinking? The back shot and her legs look like someone who is starving, not someone muscular and healthy. This is like the first blog I ever didn't feel like voting it up.

    I am not offended...but I think she looks wonderful and happy. She doesn't look anorexic to me at all. My mom is always questioned at drs. offices on if she is eating or if she is bulemic (she isn't...but she is a stressed out woman who turns away from food ~ I am the opposite, obviously!!). I think that she looks good :)

    I personally think she's too skinny too...but that's my opinion. I think she'd look better with a little more weight to "soften" her up. BUT...she did do a lot of work to get where she is and should be proud of that! :)

    Well one of the reasons I brought this up was the smallest i was I think I got down to 135lbs, but mostly was in 140's when I was in my 20's. Except when I was pregnant even then I only gained 27lbs, Being 5'2" I was considered overweight. I was in the best shape ever training in karate. Walking like 3 miles a day also. I can't imagine ever being in the healthy range ever again as I barely made it there back then with all that training.

    Do any of you think you can get into what "they" consider the healthy range for you? The trainers at gym I go to said I should be easily 151 by my next birthday in June. I sure hope I can achieve that.

    But first I want to just get this 20lbs off so I can be in onederland by Christmas!

    My healthy weight range is 114-149. 145 is VERY small for my frame. I have pretty large bones (size 10-11 in shoes). At 145 (pre baby), I wore a size 6/7 in pants and a size 8 on my ring finger. I thought I was a big girl then :/ 114 is definitely not a size I would care to be...and my husband wouldn't like me at that size, either. I would be WAY too skinny. I think 145-155 would be a good goal weight for me. I am 5'5.5", btw.

    Down 2.6 pounds from last Monday! I can't believe it! I had been weighing in on Saturdays and was thrown off last weekend when I was out of town...I planned on going back to Saturday this week, but I'm going to be without a scale this upcoming weekend too, so I thought I'd just stick to Monday for now.

    I'm SHOCKED at my weigh-in. All week the scale told me that I'd been either staying the same or even gaining, and then BOOM, it showed a loss all at once. The really weird thing is that I haven't been eating well this weekend -- WAY too much sodium -- haven't exercised as much, and didn't drink all my water. And yet I lost weight after that? I don't understand the scale, but I'll take it.

    Congrats on your losses so far!

    Woohoo!! Great job on the scale, girl!! I am stoked for you! I am just hoping to have lost the 2 that I gained last week. AF is here, so I am not hoping for more...I WOULD love more, but I don't want scale shock in the morning. Maybe if I chug my water today I will see a little more? :) Keep up the great work!!
  • I managed to eat and drink my way back to my start weight over the weekend. Le sigh. Shame it comes back so much faster than it goes away.

    Back to the starting line for me.

    Take heart -- it's probably just water weight. You would've had to have eaten 3500 extra calories just to gain a pound of fat, and how many had you lost? 4? I'm guessing you didn't eat 14,000 calories extra this weekend. :smile: There's a good chance the scale is just up due to high sodium intake, lack of water, or even TOM, so don't be too hard on yourself. Just get right back on the wagon...we're all here for you!

    DS ~ it is ok. Take a deep breath! I did the same last week on vacation...and have already lost them this week. A lot of times it is just a bit of retention! Focus on drinking tons of water!! I bet you would lose a good bit if not all by next weigh in :)

    I am nervous about weigh in tomorrow...AF is here. Ugh. Today I have felt like a bottomless pit. I ate breakfast and then ate a pb and honey sandwich (mainly because my youngest was out of the house ~ we can't eat peanut butter while he is at home...and when we do, we have to sanitize EVERYTHING!! He is highly allergic). I only went over by like 250, but still.

    Down 2.4 this week! YAY!! I was just hoping to lose the 2...so I am happy to have almost a .5 pound more!! Now I just need to get my butt moving. I am SO not wanting to go to the gym. I can't find my iPod and I think my hubby has my ear buds. So dull to go work out alone w/ no music!! I am going to see what type of workouts we have on the video on demand thing here at home. At least it will help it shake up my routine (if you wanna call it that ;D) a bit.

    alienblonde1 lost 1.4 pounds since her last weigh-in! She's lost 21 pounds so far.


    Not my official weigh-in day. But leaving today for vacation and won't be able to weigh-in while gone. Yeah I haven't lost over 1lb in a weeks time in some time!
