    DES- yes i feel like the moves are straight up weird- i have to watch, then rewind b/c it takes me that long to catch on!!! or i'm just still half asleep when i do it!

    Tara_ thanks for the added support!! i did need a kick in the butt:)

    Level 4 was more motivation than 3 for me- but again its probably just the newness of it. maybe thats my problem- i get bored to easily!!! i should put the dvd in and just randomly hit the level i wioll do for the day-- mix it up a little....

    OK- that was a note to self for after i FINALLY complete this RIPPED level 4!!

    OMG!!! L3 is killer....even the warmup almost killed me!!! I couldn't even focus on JM stipd comments cause I had to focus on the moves to figure em out!! LOL Good new though...it's only 30 minutes even and burns 275 cals for me....that's 4minutes less then 1 and 2, and 35 cals more then 2!! WOOT!!


    Jojo-LOL! i know whatcha mean about being bored...I think day 4 is my boredom breaking point...after that I feel like a sweaty driod!! I think switching it up is a great idea...i plan on mix and matching ripped and the shred in with my cardio after this run of ripped.I think that will help break it up a bit! regardless, glad to have ya back at it...the more the merrier!

    Could not get it done today! Not for lack of motivation, but lack of time... beginning of the school year is nuts!! Trying to deal with switching classes around and buying books resulted in many hours at school, and lots of walks back and forth from home to school (but also meant that I got LOTS of walking done). After all that, I had a concert to go to, and it's now 1 am... frustrated!! I was SO ready to get it done today! But this week is beating me... oh well! I WILL get it done, even if it takes a couple extra days and if I have to learn to read textbooks while jumping around my living room... lol.

    It was super tough for me but hubby kept saying how much more "doable" it was for him. Oh, and how on Earth can running without ever moving your feet be so freaking hard? I can see why so many people drifted off this thread when they got to level 3. I am glad he is doing it with me to keep me from turning the dvd off.

    skipped today- cold weather in morning is a BUST:(((

    but excited to do it tomorrow with my NEWLY PURCHASED HRM!! i've never had one before- so as long as i figure it out tonight - i will be so excited to see how many calories i burn tomorrow morning!!

    AND yes the warm ups are tough for L3 & 4- its like "excuse me- this is the warm up?!!??"
