    Just finished D2 L1-- and feel a little more jittery than I did yesterday! Of course, I did a 2 mile interval walk BEFORE I did it ( as a warm up), so I'm pretty much done for the day. I don't mean exercise either.. DONE. Lets hope this passes!!:sick:

    Hey Shredders! Hope you're all feeling great today! I don't feel sore from last night's Shredding but I'm sure I'll feel it later, haha! Especially from all those dang pushups.... :noway:

    Ughhh I really wasn't feeling it today! I pushed through anyway but 'phoned it in' (as Jillian often says on her DVDs) on the side lunge/shoulder raise move, couldn't keep my arms straight up to eye level the whole time. Still quite sore on my quads too so the squats weren't very fun. Oh well, level 1, day 3 done at least!

    Level 1, day 3 done!!! :) ahhh my legs are feeling it more now! =(

    Tonight i thought id try something different - as ive not got any dumbells yet, i thought i would wear my 2.0lbs ankle weights!! I strapped them on before the workout and they stayed on all the way thro it! :) i know my legs are going to hurt tomorrow because of the extra weight on them. But it will be worth it!

    Keeep up the good work everyone!! Im excited for day 4 tomorrow :D

    Took a break last night cos was at my bfs and it would have been late after dinner. Still did some weights and sit ups and push ups though. Day 4 tonight!!!

    L1D3 complete! Still doing girly push ups, and I HATE jumping jacks, but I definitely think I did better today. I also wasn't nearly as sore this morning as I was yesterday.

    Just finished L1D4, I'm not hurting nearly as bad today!! Except for the jumping, my calves HATE that! At least I'm not nearly falling down the stairs anymore hehe :D

    Just finished L1D3 earlier! My arms felt a lot stronger during push ups, and my legs did in lunges too. :) My calves were hurting today though, but hopefully they'll just get stronger too!

    Finished L1D2 & my abs & calves are killing me, but it's a good feeling! I'm pushing through, but it's hard for me to finish some of the moves. I can't stand push ups & my knees hurt even though I'm using a mat. I'm also having trouble doing all the reps of the arm exercises. I'm thinking it may be because I started with 3lb weights & maybe should've started with 2. I figured from lifting a 32lb toddler 3lb would be no problem. Lol Everyone have a great night! I typed this on my phone, so sorry if there's any typos. I think I caught them all.

    WOW!!!! Just bought the video today and weights and completed D1L1 and BOY its it a great workout! you REALLY feel it and in just a short amount of time! wow
