First day of 6 week 6 pack. It was hard and I think its gonna take me at least 6 times more til I get the hang of it.
I was planning on doing Banish fat as well but my laziness got the best of me since I totally unexpectadly lost another pound since saturday, so I only did the first four circuits but its better then nothing. I still have til sunday to end up with 275 minutes of total training so Im hopefull.0 -
I walked my dog for 45 min

That sounds great! I wish our dog could walk for that long :brokenheart: He is old and arthritic, so he gets short walks.
I tried to work out with the girls basketball team today while they did pre-season conditioning....I did stadiums for a bit, then some jogging combined with jumping jacks and mountain climbers, and took a spill while doing bunny hops or toe taps or I don't know what they are called, but I fell and scraped my hand and started bleeding. I made it for about 35 minutes before I called it quits, and I will try again...Thursday I mowed the back lawn, too.0 -
Ran one mile in about 20 mins then walked around my village for 40 mins
Re started 30 day shred so did day one level one of that.0 -
Cardio- On a Treadmill 30min speed intervals 5mph/2min and 7mph/1min with 1.5 incline.
Strength-abdominal workouts
-Russian twists 3 sets of 20reps
-Bicycle ab crunches 6sets of 20reps
-Abdominal Leg Raise 3set of 15reps
-Abdominal crunches with Leg Raise 3sets of 15reps

today was a different WATP 2 mile with 15 min on the elliptical0 -
The goal was to do 6 w 6p followed by circuit 1- 4 of BFBM but Ive sleept so bad twho nights in a row so I ended up just dowing 6w6p. Im starting to get a hang of it now and I now almost every move and in the order they come wich helps a lot. Still not doing the sideplank thing where youre supposed to lift the leg, sticking with a regular sideplank that still works wonders.0

30 minutes of walking at 4.0 mph, and 20 minutes later on of 3.0 mph. About 2-3 minutes of the 30 was uphill (doesn't sound like a lot but it was painful enough to make me sweat bullets)... Fun times.0 -
35 minute walk, moderate pace before breakfast (would have been faster and longer but my husband came along and slowed me down!)
then another 20 minutes walking from garage where I dropped my car0 -
Rode my bike 2.5 miles ... IN THE COLD WIND AND RAIN ... to the gym, so I could box and work with my trainer for 40 mins. Then I got to ride home again... in the cold rain... again. I think I burned extra cals, just fighting the wind.0
