Stairmaster for 35mins on "Fat Burn Level 1" (normally I do about 30mins on the treadmill after, but I was too tired)

    Tomorrow I hope for

Stairmaster for 35mins on "Fat Burn Level 1" and then 30mins on the treadmill starting at 3.0mph and incline of 3% and working my way up to 3.3mph with an incline of 6% (which is what I normally do)

5 Really Big Miles by Leslie Sansone (NEW). This is a great workout. I Can't recommend this DVD enough. Lots of new music, new bright studio, and lots of different moves. She chaptered the heck out of it - warm up & cool down are separate. Love it!

I repeated yesterdays walking/running stadiums. Thinking about fitting in a short elliptical in the AM -- maybe 10 minutes on low intensity-- just to change things up a bit...

plenty of wii-fit time today. an hour on rhythm boxing, ten minutes hula-hooping, thirty minutes jogging on the spot, and a silly twelve minutes of muscle exercises. not a bad day at all really.
