I am on the verge of ordering some of these JM videos. I run about 3-4 miles or do some cardio for 30-45 min per day. How much torture am I in for? I want a hard work out with lot of cardio, but do-able without being a dancer! Please message me or friend me if you would like to give advice. I am about to hit "place my order" on the website to order the 30 ds, and the ripped one.0

It's worth it. you can make it harder if it's too easy (laugh) by using heavier weights. I use 5lb weights but some use 3lbs. You only need a mat if you have a hard floor i have carpet so I don't use one. but if you are going to do it barefoot i suggest getting one. Nothing else though i do suggest a sweat band.0 -
MPF1- It is quite intense to begin with but it is easier the more you do it, i was better by day 3 You do need weights but just get what your comfortable with using weight wise and like fakeplastictree99 said it may be a good idea to get a mat if you have a hard floor

Morning session of L1D5 for me - going to hairdresser in afternoon and dont want to mess up my hair before girls night out tonight!
Stick with it - cant believe I have done some form of exercise for 5 days in a row!0 -
Hi can I nudge in? I just completed D1 L1. I'm surprised I have any lungs or legs after that. The hardest part for me was the jump rope. My legs kept going like jelly. lol
I don't work out on saturdays as a rule because the day is hectic but I might give it a go tomorrow anyway.0 -
Hey nancy d1 is always the worst it will get easier, i find the jump rope hard too

I'm cooking for a wedding, and many of the foods are things I shouldn't eat (cake, potato salad, pasta salad ...) and right now, I don't feel tempted. But I am concerned about getting in the 30 DS. I'm hoping that checking in with you guys will give the the motivation I need. I'm getting ready to do L1-D5 right now ...0

That's what gets me through it. Anytime I don't feel like starting, I just say to myself, "it's only 20 minutes"0 -

Just finished L1D4. I did C25K before 30DS and noticed the cardio was a little harder in 30DS tonight. I think my body was a little tired.0

I had done Level 1 already a while ago and am still able to do Level 2 so I just started there. I'm staying at level 2 for awhile though. I am HORRIBLE at push ups.0 -
I did my shred today! Woot! Somebody please be kind enough to tell me when the ten days on level one are up. I am not keeping track.0

I did L1d5 today. schedule too crazy yesterday to do it. I counted 112 jumping jacks w/out even including the first round in the warm up!0

Sorry ... I didn't do L-1 Day 6 yesterday. I was up at 5 am to finish cooking / baking / packing for a wedding reception for 95 people. I got home at 8 pm and thought about doing the workout, but I forgot my hubby had taken the laptop for his band gig. But I did "workout" some -- the kitchen was about 75 feet from the buffet table AND UP HILL!! In the beginning I was literally running uphill with two platters balanced in the air, but after about hour, I was dragging butt. Thank goodness I had been doing the 30DS because I would not have been able to do as much as I did! So .... do I start back at day one, do a double workout on Monday to catch up or be a day behind those in my group? I'm getting ready to do 30DS now ...0

How you all doing? L1 D7 for me and a few others today feel so much better i am now following Natalie of level 1 (even though she cheats when Jillian isn't looking haha)
My favourite cargo pants are a lot looser and im definately feeling it easier as im getting used to it...can wait for level 2

L1D7 just done - managed to get it in before midnight, so still counts
Really enjoying this and the motivation to keep going - have downloaded C25k on my phone so hopefully will get that started tomorrow too - time to see how my stamina holds up with that!
Only a few more days till level 2 ladies, lets push it a wee bitty more!
