1 minute bear walk, 100 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 25 split squats and 1.5 mile walk/ run alternated completed!

I am still sore from doing day 1 and 2 on tuesday with my regular work out. :sad:0 -
W2d4 done bushman style. Did the extra 5k today. Under cals and over water. So thanks to Gary I challenged myself to a 1500Pink calorie workout and I did it!!! Hells yeah!!!
