For some reason I feel all energized and I really want a peanut butter and chocolate cookie, and I don't know why. I don't even own any peanut butter/chocolate cookies.

Oh man you poor girl. I'm very depressed too these days and having a hard time getting out of bed. My shoulder has redislocated for the 4th time, this one after surgery and I haven't been to work in 1.5 yrs. Was supposed to start tomorrow.... back to square 1. I think you should call this kids parents. How old is she?

I just set my DVR for the Biggest Loser as well as that DietTribe that you all have been talking up!

    Can't wait!!

I also have my DVR set for both shows however my alone time is only set for the biggest loser. I wish my husband worked everyday sometimes because I can seem to stay more on track then when he is off. Today I didn't wake up till noon because my kids are finally back in school and I needed the sleep. So I had breakfast for lunch and now my husband is bringing home pizza. I just looked at the calorie count and its 240 per peice it seems so high however I have calories I need to use up and if anything I can always workout (not in my plan however wouldn't hurt me) Im so glad that Im in this challenge. :drinker:

I guess I missed it but what is DietTribe. I can't wait for the BL tomorrow. I read that this will be the heaviest players yet and I thought I read there is a 19 year old weighing over 400lbs. I hope he makes it!

Well I completed the Kathy Smith Super Slim Down fat burning routine for 40 minutes and burned 312 calories - goodbye to them

Im going to the grocery store tomorow. :flowerforyou: Im weighing in tomorrow morning wish me luck. Goodnight everyone.

I have a problem. :frown: :embarassed:

I've had an issue with my right knee for several years. Sometimes I get a dull pain inside it when I'm going up or down steps. I had been wearing this one pair of awesome shoes for quite a while and they were getting worn down, so I thought maybe that was the problem and I got rid of them. For about a week, my knee didn't hurt. But, yesterday, I worked out hard on the elliptical and treadmill (at a 3.0 incline, which I've never done before) and last night my knee felt like it was on fire inside. It felt a little swollen on the right side of my knee, under the kneecap. And, the "fire" radiated up my leg and down my leg from the knee. I know I need to go to the doctor, but, I'm kinda scared to. There is only one specialist in our area that deals with things like this and I went to him some time ago about my right hand going numb when I write/type/lift things/sleep on my shoulder and hurting in my elbow and all the way up to the back of my neck. He told me there was nothing wrong. :frown: So, I've lived with that every day for years, too.

Boo. :grumble: :indifferent: I thought I had a great workout yesterday. I do NOT want to take a step back!!!!

My ring still hasn't been returned but over it - can't let it get me down or I get depressed and eat and eat and give up.

So last day before first weigh in right? If so lets give it our all everyone. Check our the Challenges post and get your water in....

    Good Job!!

I get up and to work so early I just can't do anything in the morning. And then its a push to exercise in the evening. I think the guilt drives me.

I woke up late again this morning and forgot to weigh myself, so I guess I'll have to weigh-in tomorrow. :grumble: Missed breakfast as well because I didn't have anything 'grab-able'. So now I'm tired and hungry. At least my office is empty all day because my boss is in training all week and the other guy works out on the floor most of the day. Ahhh!

Anyway I did bring my water and I'm working on my attitude so that by the time I get off work I'm pumped and ready to workout. Plus I have to get the rest of my schoolwork done so I can watch biggest loser tonight! :noway:

Girl, I'm so sorry to hear about your knee troubles!! I feel your pain!! Okay not actual, pain, oh you know what I mean!! LOL!! I have a creeky knee that acts up every now & then. It makes me nervous sometimes so I know how it is. I baby it & try to be careful with it too!
I hope that iyou're feeling better, maybe you can slowly work back into something. Maybe slowly on the tread mill until it's stronger again..... ... you should probably look ino a Dr if it continues to be painful.. maybe a different Dr could give you some answers..
Hang in there! We are all pulling for you!
