Everyone is doing awesome!! Well we are over half way now. Even if you did not meet your goals last week, keep trying and making the effort to get in something most days.
I know the next 2 weeks will be challenging for most but figure a way to get it in.

Well I am back again. The paper is finished. Not sure what to expect for the week before Christmas but I am not waiting to get back into my exercise routine. Missed you.
Week 1 (November 28th) 330 min.surpassed my my goal of 300 minutes
Week 2 (Dec. 5) Goal is 240 minutes under by 60 minutes
Week 3 (Dec 12) sat out due to finals week
Week 4 (Dec 19) My anniversary! my goal is 300
