    Monday 1/2/12- Walked for 60 minutes in the morning (300 minutes remaining) Did 30DS for 20 minutes, and walked for 33 minutes (247 minutes remaining)

    Well this month is going to be challenging for me for sure to get my 1000 minutes and/or 250 calories per week. That is why I am going to shoot for 200 min each week and hope I can squeeze in some extra min most days. I this weekend I may not be able to workout so I better get myself up today and do something.:tongue:

  • OK, I'm in! I currently do 2 hours of Zumba twice a week but can't seem to motivate myself do do anything else. Maybe this will help. 360 minutes for me.
