Well this month is going to be challenging for me for sure to get my 1000 minutes and/or 250 calories per week. That is why I am going to shoot for 200 min each week and hope I can squeeze in some extra min most days. I this weekend I may not be able to workout so I better get myself up today and do something.0

Locally there's a weight loss challenge going on but due to being the working mother of 4 whose hubby works 2nd shift and starting back to college it just doesn't work into my schedule.
