    My goal is 360 minutes...

    Monday 1/2/12- Walked for 60 minutes in the morning (300 minutes remaining) Did 30DS for 20 minutes, and walked for 33 minutes (247 minutes remaining)
    Tuesday- Rest Day
    Wednesday- Walk/Jog for 53 minutes(194 minutes remaining)
