Mon: 37 min power walking in morning with 431 cal
Tue: 43 min power walking in morning with 446 cal
Wed: 97 min power walking every time I eat with 684 cal
Thur: 106 min power walking DVD and around neighborhood every time I eat with 662 cal
Fri: 118 min power walking every time I eat with 651 cal

Monday 1/2/12- Walked for 60 minutes in the morning (300 minutes remaining) Did 30DS for 20 minutes, and walked for 33 minutes (247 minutes remaining)
Tuesday- Rest Day
Wednesday- Walk/Jog for 53 minutes(194 minutes remaining) Jillian Shred with Weights for 25 minutes (169 minutes remaining) Walk 3 miles for 48 minutes (121 minutes remaining)
Thursday-Rest Day
Friday-Walked 3 miles for 45 minutes (76 minutes remaining) 30DS for 20 minutes (46 minutes remaining) Walked 2 miles for 30 minutes (16 minutes remaining)

Missed my goal by 16 minutes, but I will shoot for my goal again for next week.

I'm so impressed by a lot of you. Great work!!!! I didn't really set a goal this week I just wanted to be in the range and I have made that

1/6/12 cleaned house but forgot to count
1/5/12 40:35 minutes doing treadmill intervals and dancing
1/4/12 36:20 minutes doing biggest loser cardio max dvd

1/2/12 38:48 minutes Jillian 30 DS and Michael Jackson WII
Total 188.19 and I may exercise tomorrow too.
