    Good think that I got the exercise in early this week because due to other commitments I don't think I can get to the gym for the next two days.
    1/2- 1/8

    Monday- zumba 90 minutes
    Tuesday- Absolute Body Conditioning- 60 minutes
    Wednesday zumba 90 minutes
    Thursday- ABC -60 minutes
    Friday
    Saturday
    Sunday
