    Just catching up. Loved seeing the pictures posted recently. Some beautiful settings captured by Cool Kids.
    Did a track workout last night, my first one in over a year. It was a stiff reminder that running speed is a perishable skill without regular work. 2 mile warm up, then 8x200 repeats @ 6:30 pace w/jogging recovery, then 1 mile cool down. Looking forward to an easy paced "fun run" with my training posse tonight.
