Okay so goal for week 1 was 360 mins, I only did 240.
Week #2 - Feb 6th - Goal 360 mins
Monday - 60 mins - Stationary Bike
Tuesday - Rest Day
Wednesday - 80 mins - Stationary Bike 10 mins - Crunches, Gym Ball= 90 mins
Thursday -
Friday -
Saturday -
Sunday -0 -

Monday- 50 mins (bike and 30 DS)
Tuesday - 40 mins (bike and 30 DS)
Wed - 50 mins (bike and 30 DS)

I am working more and running less this week but still hope to make my goal.
Week # 1 -- Jan 30th -- 405 minutes made goal of 360 minutes
Week # 2 -- Feb 6th -- Goal 360 minutes
Mon: 90, 40 min Aquafit, 6 min elliptical, 6 min. rowing, 8 min stationary bike, 30 weight training
Tue: 30 minutes slow walk
Wed: 95 minutes, 50 minutes of aquafit, 30 minutes of weight training, 5 minutes each on Stationary bike, rowing machine and elliptical.
