Hello to All---Beth, Sandy, Marie, Elli, Phoebe, Gayla, Jeffrey, Biggramma,
It's still winter here---Jake went off to play golf with two friends this morning---the golf course turned out to be muddy and hilly and he came home exhausted and is taking a much needed nap:bigsmile:
We didn't have our Isagenix shakes for breakfast because we realized that running the blender in a hotel room at 6 AM might be an unfriendly thing to do so we substituted instant breakfast made with soy milk and a glass of low sodium V-8. I had a banana later in the hotel breakfast room after working out at the next door health club that allows hotel guests to use the facilities.
For lunch I fixed tomato with canned 98% fat free turkey breast and canned asparagus (too much sodium but very yummy and around 400 calories)
The payoff is that last night al Wal Mart I bought a new belt size small/medium to replace the one I had that was size XL and needed to have new hole punched because it was too big:bigsmile:
maybe it's time for me to take a nap too,
Marie, I'll write something later about my phone with the pedometer:bigsmile:0 -
Sandy---I see that you figured out how to add something to your signature
"one day at a time" is a favorite of mine---it sure works.  :bigsmile:0 -
Whew, that child wears me out. Marisa just left and in one hour I have to pick up my 14 year old granddaughter from her dance class and take her to the hotel where they are competing tomorrow in Rosemont.
She will be spending the night with another dancer and the mom.
Made some bow tie pasta for dinner, Marisa wanted butter on her noodles and my husband and I had Barilla tomato and basil pasta sauce, which is only 60 calories. However, the 3 1/2 year old said the pasta was too hard so I made her mac and cheese.I still have some calories left, so I will probably have a glass or two of wine with my friend at the hotel. :drinker:
Barb, I go to Alanon and that is my favorite slogan. I started going for my son who is in recovery, but al anon is for us to learn to take care of ourselves. I love the program and try hard to work it correctly.
Never tried hummis Marie, what exactly is it? It always nice to hang with younger people they keep us young.
Lafla, I know you probably told us, but how old is your son? I am glad he is feeling better, what kind of surgery does he need? God Bless you for being his mom, he is one lucky boy.
Bgamma should have a lot to tell us about her visit with her greatgranddaughter, she must be exhausted.
Ellie. good luck with the fundraiser, you are doing great thing, and I love that you love animals.
Jeffrey, think you said your daughter is in a beauty pageant this weekend, hope she does great. If she has your determination she will take it all.
If I missed you don't take it personal, my mind is slowing down this evening, but will be sharper in the morning. :flowerforyou:

Hi friends...I have been very busy with my very active 3 1/2 year old great granddaughter....She is going back to Nevada tomorrow....I will miss her..but will enjoy the peace and quiet....I told Marie that I will check back in on Monday...but since I came to log my meals for today..I thought I would stop in to say hello and good night...it is now 11:15pm and I am ready to hit the hay.....
Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend...:flowerforyou:0 -
Hi everyone,
It will take some time to get to know who is who so I apologize now. Thanks for the offer of a care package...I might take you up on thatEspecially if I find out someone isnt getting mail, we have a lot of kids this is their first time deployed. (kids= 18 - 22 year olds) some of their families have yet to understand what its like to have to be away all the time.
I will keep you all updated on my marthon training... (I dont start till monday) and the weight loss...I changed my goal yesterday from 140 to 120lbs that means I have almost 60lbs to loose in 7 months. (I do however need to find a scale...I dont want to have to use the one the guys use for refrigerant)
Biggramma- I am sure your grand-baby loved being there with you and will miss you as well.
Thanks all of you who have wished me well or thanked me for my service. Its just a job, some people just get to go home everynight is the only difference. I have been in for 19 years and going for 24. I work as an engineer so if anyone can figure out how many calories I burned working concrete this morning let me know
Have a wonderful weekend0 -
Wow Beth - you've been in a LONG time! Please do let us know if some of the younger Soldiers need packages - i send a couple every month to my son, and so does his wife - i've gotten pretty good at it by now! It's funny - he says the same thing you said, "it's just my job Ma".
I don't care - i'm still proud of ALL of you and appreciate what you do! It's not something just anybody COULD do. Wow - 60 pounds in 7 months is a HUGE goal. I bet you can do it though with the marathon training!!!!!
BigG! Glad to have you back! That's so cool, for both of you that you got to spend so much time with the great gd!
Sandy - i hope we do all right with the fundraiser today - i don't know tho. It's snowing and blowing and COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope it's better in town and doesn't keep everybody home. I know i wouldn't be going anywhere if i didn't HAVE to! I DO love the critters - but it woud have been so much better had the weather been nice.....everything just seems harder when it's miserable out! I got up at 6 and plugged the pick up in just to make sure it'll start!
Barbie - hope you're having a blast!!!!!!!!!! I KNOW you're doing great with your food and working out.
OK - i better get going! Talk to you all later or tomorrow. Have a great weekend!elli

Good Morning,
Count me in on sending a care package Beth. I had two boys in the Navy and used to send them care packages often. They were only 18 when they joined, but it was peace time so I didn't worry as much as I would in today's times.
Glad you had the time to say hello Bgamma, I know how exhausted you must be. Those grandkids do keep us young though.
Elli, I hope the weather breaks and you have a good turnout. I guess you are used to Colorado weather but when does your spring start? Did they agree to let you stand inside the store because of the weather?
Barb and Jeff, hope your time away is fun and you are enjoying yourselves.
Marie, did you sleep in today? You are usually the first to post, miss you.
Another competition weekend for my granddaughter, this one is local and won't be too long.
I don't have to be there to later this afternoon and then again tomorrow afternoon. I am sure they will do great and I love watching them dance.
Have a wonderful Saturday!!
Sandy0 -
well - after all my obsessing and worrying the girls decided to reschedue the fundraiser. I guess they were worried 'cause of the weather we wouldn't get a good turnout plus i guess a few of the moms were worried about the roads............:ohwell: it'll be more fun in the good weather anyway.
Sandy - our spring HAS already started! lol - we've had days in the 70s already. It's just that we don't count on it staying around 'till mid may. And actually - i can remember a few june snow storms when i lived in the mountains. always big fun!
Oh - forgot to tell everyone i got to talk to my Soldier/Son online this morning at 3:am. I was SO glad 'cause they've been on blackout so we haven't heard from him in a few days.
Well - i'm going to TRY and make myself go to the gym today - it's not far - just a 15 minute drive - it's just going to be hard to leave the warmth of the house. The darn electric keeps going off and on which is freaking me out tho......don't mean to complain! Life is good. Do great this weekend everyone!!!!!!!!
elli0 -

Whatcha cooking for Sunday Dinner?0 -
Oh me I hit the wrong button and lost everything So I will try again later. Marie
Oh no It did go thru. Whew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
You are soooooooo funny Marie, I just love your posts.
I am so glad the fundraiser was rescheduled Elli, it will be more productive in warmer weather. Thus the saying "One day at a Time". No use worrying about expectations that might never happen. :noway: Be careful driving and stay warm.
Time to go do the eliptical, think I will try for 45 minutes this morning, so I can gain a few extra calories.
 :drinker:0 -
Well, everyone beats me here.. even the ones in the earlier time zones:bigsmile:
AND, we just finished breakfast. Jim is under the house, although it sounds like he is in this room with me.. using a loud tool, who knows what!
I talked to my aunt this morning, it seems the doctor says she has arthritis in her legs, but he didn't give her a prescription. I know they discussed Celebrex, but her insurance won't cover it. Do any of you have suggestions? I think my father and mother in law both took something, but I don't know what.. I think I'll call my sis in law.
We went for Jim's VA eye exam yesterday, it was his second eye exam this week.. the regular eye doctor said there was nothing wrong.. the VA doctor found a cataract in its early stage. this explains the blurry vision symptoms he has been having on and off, halos at night, etc. I'm going to tell the regular eye doctor on Tuesday when I get my eyes examined by him.
I just found out the petsmart has its grand opening today, will be going there later, don't think I really need anything, but if it is on sale, and if we use it, I like to stock up.. kitty litter!!
Barbi, I would give in so easily, and go to a restaurant all the time.. I admire your diligence.. hope you are having bunches of fun! Golfers hate to cancel a game, don't they!! We've seen them playing in rain here, I can't imagine being able to see the ball.
Elli I am so glad you postponed the 'sit in' at the pet store.. toooooo collld and snowy.. it would be less productive and you'd probably be disappointed. Sunshine makes people more cheerful!!
Sandy, I'm glad you have had fun with the young one, the neighbors grandchildren were here this morning, bouncing on their trampoline.. I love the sound of children playing.. the cats didn't.. they stayed indoors, except for the new guy, he doesn't mind anything.
Bgramma, so glad you had fun with your granddaughter, we missed you!
Gayla, I'm glad you had a little time to yourself.. reading a magazine and just not thinking about anything.. or I should say, not worrying for a little while.. maybe you should get a massage too!!
Beth, I would love to send personalized care packages, make a list. who and what they want/need/crave.. and if possible personal interests too.. music/sports/tv etc.. this includes you!!
What is working concrete? My cousin is 17, looking into engineering degree.. he is looking at schools and scholarship programs now.. He has excellent grades, I hope he finds a good school, he is very mature for 17.
you are all so productive, I have to laugh when Marie goes on about me being busy.. I'm a turtle in its shell.. and my house is a mess.. if I stay off of the pc, and get on with it.. I might get one project completed today.. better get to it!
happy Saturday!!0 -
Hi Phoebe,
I have bad knees and my doctor put me on celebrex but a lot of people told me it wasn't good for your health so I switched to two aleves a day and two glucosamine chondroitin. It seems to help, steps are the hardest for me, but I put up with the discomfort. Someday I will probably need knee replacement but I am not ready. Certainly does sound like Jim has a cataract, easy surgery he should do it if the doctors will do it.
Did my 45 minutes, now time to have my protein shake. Will check in with you later.0 -
Sandy , cateract surgery is not always simply one. I had my right eye done and no Problems, But when I had my left eye done it broke off into tiny bits and I had to go into surgery again with a specialist to get it all removed and to this day I think I have 3 surgery in all on just the one eye. I have just about all but given up driving. I am still having problems after 3 years. Can't see good out of it and get infections real easy. Phoebe and Lafla went thru all of this with me about 3 years ago. but my doctor says I am seeing out of it better. I don't agree I think I got all of them little letters memborize and he really thin I am reading them. Just kidding. Marie0
-
Oh, I am so sorry Marie, I shouldn't have just assumed everyone has an easy surgery.
That must be terrible and I really feel for you. I know the day is coming that I won't be able to drive and I am not sure what I will do. Hopefully, before my macular degeneration gets too bad they will come up with some cure.
Sorry, Phoebe, I spoke too soon.
I am off to the competiton now, will check in later tonight when I get home.0 -
Good afternoon everyone! We are having a cloudy day again but the weather inside is fine. I have some clothes washing but mostly I have been watching old movies with Neil. He just finished a course of antibiotics for his foot and now he has a very sore throat and bad cough. I am delaying a trip to the medi-clinic as I don't want him on more antibiotics unless he really needs them. I wish I could swab his throat and send that to the lab without doing the trip in to the clinic.
Sandy-- I hope a cure is found for macular degeneration soon. It must be very scary for you. Most of the time cataract surgery is a straight forward surgery but like anything else there can be complications. I started developing cataracts in my early 40's but didn't have surgery for about 10 years. It used to be felt that you wait until the cataract is well developed and vision was very obscured. Now they don't wait so long and once I was having halo's and driving vision was affected surgery was done. I did develop a membrane over the implant on one eye (fairly common I am told) and that was lazered off in the Dr.'s office. He said it will likely happen on the other eye but so far so good.
Marie-- I am glad they were able to fix your eye as well as they did. Of course, more vision is always better.I have no plans for Sunday dinner. As far as I know everyone will be working at the renovation. It was our youngest son that bought a house last summer and this house is the one the oldest son and his wife have bought. I am anxious to see how it looks with the hole in the wall between the kitchen and living room. They felt it needed to be opened up. Dave says it is going to look good. If Neil is feeling better later this afternoon we may take a drive in to the city to investigate for ourselves.
Phoebe-- Sorry for Jim's health problems. I expect his eyes will be followed closely for his work. About the arthritis, my husband uses Glucosamine with fairly good results.
I guess I should take notes so that I can respond to the others. I am not the posting wiz that Marie is!! I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend.
Take care and keep smiling. Gayla0 -
Hello Gayla,
So you and Neil have it to yourself today. You all had a lot of snow this year. Any blizzard? this is Quint house then. How nice. He is lucky to have his Dad help. Now Dave got 3 homes to be a handyman.
He stays pretty busy. I love that raise garden He made for you. So Neil can have his cucumbers. I like them too. Especially homegrown one without all that waxs on them. How is the guy doing? Do you think he will ever ride his bike again? Enjoy you weekend.

:flowerforyou: Happy saturday night to all of you:bigsmile:
Jake and I have almost survived the weekend out of town----jake wrote a wonderful post and hit the wrong button and it disappeared so none of us will know what he had to say.He says to say to all of you:bigsmile:
We were successfully able to say no to birthday cake twice, skip the ice cream social, and decline dinner invitations to a potluck and to Olive Garden---I don't even want to think about how many calories there are in "all you can eat soup, salad, and breadsticks":explode: :explode: :explode: :explode: :explode: :explode:
We went to the gym after the all day meeting----Jake rode the stationery bike and I split my time between the elliptical and the treadmill. If there was a great gym like this across the parking lot from my house, I'd probably join but I don't think I'd have the same attitude if I had to drive 15 minutes to get there especially in the snow:laugh:
Sandy, I see that you've added the Serenity Prayer to your signature----that's another great tool for getting along in life. Thanks----now I'll get to see it when I read your posts. I hope your GD did her best in the dance competition:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
Big G---glad to have you back with us---I'll bet you worked off a zillion calories keeping up with your GD:bigsmile:
Marie----unfortunately my phone/Walkman/pedometer is a rather pricey gadget----I don't remember what I paid for it but I got it with my A.T.&T. phone plan and even with the discount I knew it was a luxury
I love it a lot
:flowerforyou: Beth----count me in on the care package team. when I was teaching elementary school we did a school wide care package campaign and sent packages to about 50 military personnel but I haven't done anything since.
Big hugs to all the rest of you----your friendly posts mean so much to me.:bigsmile:
enjoy the rest of your weekend and drink lots of water:glasses: :flowerforyou::bigsmile:

Look like I am going to be first this morning. Not a lot going on today. rather a little chilly here after a few days of really nice weather The old wind is blowing like mad. You would think this was March instead of April. I got all my coupons cut out of the paper pass by all the goodies, cookies and such. I got me a small photo book and I am putting my coupons in it. Nice and it will fit in my purse so I will always have it when I go to the store. And keep them nice and and easy to find. I found it at walgreens.
My breakfast was 1/4 c. eggbeaters, 1 sl. whole wheat toast 1 c. coffee, 1 glass of skim milk3 wheat crackers, 1 wedge of skinning cow cheese .Or is that Laughing cow I get them mixed up. 1 more sl. toast and 1/2 c frozen strawberries. All of this spread out over the course of this morning for a total of 408 Calories. At noon I will start my afternoon feast Will report on it tonight. Plenty of warwe in between:drinker: :drinker:
Have a good day all.
Phoebe, Gayla, Jeffrey, Barbiecat, Jake,Big G, Sandy, Elli, Beth,
Marie:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:0 -
good morning! I'm pretty sure that's laughing cow Marie! The 35 calories wedges? they're really good huh?
Barbie - you and Jake have done SO well - i'm going to think of you tonight at my friend's grandson's birthday and RESIST the cake. I LOVE the serenity prayer - i used to go to Al Anon meetings and learned it there. Thank you Sandy for reminding me of it!
Gayla - that's one of the things we did in my house too - removed the wall between the kitchen and the living room. I love how it's going to open it up. And actually, my living room had 2 parts and the one that attaches to the kitchen is now going to be the "sitting room". I'm planning a chair and end table in front of the sunny south window for reading. I hope you and Neil get to go check out the renovations today.
So you guys - yesterday i ended up staying home all day because of the weather. The BAD news is that i had an AWFUL food day:embarassed: I think i ate everything that wasn't nailed down - just like the "old" me. OK, not quite like the old me 'cause there aren't "bad' things in the house. I didn't eat bad stuff - just WAY too much. Maybe 1,000 calories over.......i don't know, i quit logging - i know i know - bad idea. Plus i didn't work out - it felt like a workout just walking to the dang mailbox!
I'm back "on" this morning - and have a plan for the day. As a matter of fact as soon as i get done with this post i'm headed out to the gym. When i come home i'll try and work in the house a little bit - there's lots of clean up work right now. It's SUCH a mess! Anyway - i feel bad about what i did yesterday - i know i would tell any of you guys, just move on and be kind to yourself so that's what i'm going to try and do today AND not eat cake.
Have a good Sunday everyone - i'll try and check back in tonight with hopefully a good food/exercise day.elli

Hi y'all are wonderful... thanks for all the offers... I talked to the mail clerk today and she is going to keep track of who isn't getting packages or letters or anything. I will then pass it on to you all and let you do your thing. People seem to forget that email is great and instantaneous but a package is something special to some of these kids. So thanks
Ok I didn't write down names so bare with me....I will make sure to bring home paper and pencil tomorrow so I can keep up...
Barbie, we get and have gotten some of the biggest kicks of out letters from school children. My favorite is that everyone is in the army even when they draw a picture of a navy guy on a ship... (I am Air Force incase I forgot to tell y'all) we always answer all the letters we get from the kids, usually as a group and sometimes the letters will disappear out of a pile and no one claims to have them, some of these guys are total suckers for the little ones.
Marie, the food here has taken a turn for the worse...I am checking out your web site in the morning (its 9pm here) My day was spent moving from one hut to the next and cleaning years of dust and dirt off every surface... some men don't seem to mind the mess.
Phoebe, I have also taken the glucosamine and it worked well but my arthritis is not too bad...I hope it works
Elli sounds like your being hard on yourself for a mistake... just look up and ahead not back. I had cake for dinner tonight and I will run that sucker off tomorrow
I hope y'all have a wonderful start to your week.0 -
Beth send me your address and I will ship some of the dinners I have on hand to you I have your Va. address but don't think that would reach where you are now.. Good hearing from you this morning. How is the weather there? We really do have a nice bunch here. think the world of them.
Love Marie0 -
Hey seniors We need a chairman for our projects to help guild us, Any volumteers?
Marie0 -
Hi folks! We have sunshine, glorious sunshine. We have a clear plastic sheet that sticks on the window and makes a rainbow of colour on the wall as the sun shines through it. Right now the 'rainbow' is on the stairs. It makes me happy, just a simple girl at heart. I did end up taking Neil into the clinic yesterday. No infection but I guess the clinic was full of people with the same thing. I hope Neil doesn't pass it on to the rest of us. It is a wicked cough. He did have his flu shot so guess this wasn't one of the viruses it covered. I, on the other hand, didn't have my flu shot this year. Hope I don't regret that decision. I am 'busy' watching the World Curling Championships. Likely most of you are not very familiar with the sport. I used to think it was like watching paint dry (although I like to curl myself) but now I am hooked. My cousins grandson is the lead for the Canadian team -- Go Canada!!
Again I forgot to make notes but I will do some personals for the ones that show up on this page.
Barbie & Jake -- Wow, I am impressed with your dedication to your plan. It must really help to share this journey with your spouse. It sounds like you are enjoying the gym. Have fun.
Marie-- You asked about the new house, actually it is Gregg and Sasha's, Quinn bought his last August. You are right, they will keep Dave busy. I think it will be our house that gets the least attention even though we have several projects to get started on, flooring, painting and the deck needs attention. I would like to get one of those walk in bathtubs for Neil but haven't brought that one up yet. One step at a time. Now that we have been told it is a 4 year wait for a group home we should do something to make life easier until then. Who knows, we may appreciate the tub down the road! Good for you, keeping track of your intake.
Phoebe -- Hey, girl! How are you today? Will you be home for awhile?
Elli -- I know I am the last person to give you advice about dieting but I would say shake it off and carry on today as if nothing happened. I hope to get to see the house project today. They have lots of plans but will do as money comes available.
Beth -- Nice to meet you. Stay safe over there!
Take care and keep smiling! Gayla :happy:0 -
Gayla, Are you looking for a group Home for Neil? I think that would be wonderful for everybody . I often wonder what he will do when you and Dave not able to care for him. I know he will not be happy at first.
I would love to have one of those walk in tubs myself. I have been seeing them adv. But Our house is not large enough to consider one.
I', getting all mix up on your kids. So this one is Gregg. thats nice.
Enjoy watching your games. See you later
Marie0 -
Marie -- I am constantly amazed at your memory about my family. I got a chuckle when you mentioned Neil's love of cucumbers. He surely does like them. Right now he isn't eating anything. I have to push water into him. He wants to move into a group home so we decided it was a good time to jump on it but found the wait will be long. He said his brothers moved out and he should too. My concerns are exactly as you stated. If he isn't living away from home, it will be much harder for him if something happens to us. We will patiently wait and enjoy him (most days).
Gayla0 -
Happy Sunday!!
Back from competition and her team did great!! Her next competition will be the weekend after Easter, so I have some time to catch up on things.
Lafla, again I have to say your are a wonderful mother and it sounds like you have a wonderful husband. Is your challenged boy a teenager or an adult? I take it he has siblings at least brothers.
It is too bad the wait is so long for the group home if that is what he is waiting for. I am sure he loves being at home with mom and dad.
Barb and Jake, still the loving couple who diet and exercise together. When you coming home?
Elli, as you have told us forget about yesterday and move on to today. "One day at a time".
Marie, which projects are you talking about?
Beth, I think we will all be happy to send a care package or even just a letter. Let us know what we can do to help make our boys and girls happy. :flowerforyou:
Glad to be home, did well with my calories all weekend, even lost a pound. I am not changing it until it stays the same for at least two days.
Time to relax, talk to you later.0 -
Hi Sandy I was talking about our care package So glad to hear about the competion. You must really be proud of your grand daughter, NNow we have to wait and see how Jeffrey daughter did.
Gayla, I can't remember 5 minuets ago but my long time menory is pretty good. most of the time.
Marie.0 -
We're home:bigsmile:   YIPPEE
I'm like Dorothy---"There's no place like home"
Elli---What a tough day you had:sad: It's a good thing you had only "good" food in your house
Remember ---one day at a time and each day is a new beginning----you can pick yourself up at any moment or morning and start all over on a better footing---I know you'll do it---with all your remodeling and exercise you'll burn off the extra calories and be totally back on track before you know it.
Gayla---I am so envious of you watching curling----they don't show it on our TV stations here.:explode:
Beth---what a shame about the food where you are---will it help you stay away from overeating? When I was in college I remember learning to like mystery meat and overcooked vegetables---the bad food didn't keep me from overeating:laugh:
Sandy--Congrats to your granddaughter and congrats to you for being such a great and loyal and supportive grandma:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
Phoebe---I think you're the one who recommended the Paperback book swap website:bigsmile: I joined up and tomorrow will send my first book to someone. There are a lot of great books so I haven't decided what book I want for myself.
Marie---Jake says to tell you hi---he says your positive attitude and friendly spirit really help him:bigsmile:
I got up early this morning to go to the gym next to the hotel and use the elliptical and the treadmill. We had Instant breakfast with soy milk, a banana, and a glass of low sodium V-8 for breakfast and then drove home in time to have lunch at home:bigsmile:
Now Jake is waxing the floors---the only time he can do them is when the animals aren't here. We can't pick them up from the boarding places until tomorow:sad:
I'll weigh tomorrow morning and see if all the hard work this weekend was worth it.
Barbie0 -
hi everybody! Barbie - I'm with you, there's NO place like home! Glad you're back safe and sound. Sorry you have to wait 'till tomorrow to pick up the doggies though:frown: oh they'll be happy to see you! Thank you and Sandy and Gayla for your encouraging words. I did just that today - started a new day! I did fine too - worked out for almost 2 hours and managed to resist birthday cake tonight! WHEW!!!!!! I'm still worried about weighing tomorrow morning.
Gayla - how many kids DO you have???
Sandy - your granddaughter must be SOME dancer! Is it ballet? I wonder how Jeffrey's Sam did at her pagent?
Marie - what's new with you? How are you feeling? I hope GREAT!
Phoebe and Barbie - i don't do an online book swap - i just go to the used book store. There are 3 different ones i can go to. That way i don't accumulate books. At one point i had boxes and boxes.....i always thought i'd save them for my boys but they're just not readers like me.
OK you guys - I'm not so smart......what's curling???? All i can think of is arm curls - for your biceps! Somehow i don't think that's what you're talking about!!!!!!
Well - i think i'm going to have some sugar free hot cocoa andcall it a night! I'm happy to be back on track. Tomorrow i have an electric walk through, the 30,000 mile service on my car and back to the dentist:sad: Hopefully i'll fit a workout in. Oh yea, i guess i have to WORK also! Sheesh - i'd sure get a lot more done if i didn't have to go to that job!!!!!!!!!!I'm not complaining mind you - i feel so lucky and blessed to have a good job! OK gang! Back atcha tomorrow!
& hugs. elli
