    March 20th walk 2 miles

    Goals 4.5 miles swim, 112 miles bike, 26.2 miles walk

    Totals to date:

    swim 3.42 miles
    bike 116 miles goal met (I severely underestimated my time for outdoor cycling this month as it has been unseasonably warm)
    walk 21.6 miles

    It better stop storming...or else it is another day on the track for me (really wanted to get a swim in, but pool closes d/t lightening...Who am I to be complaining...the weather has been great up until today :)

    3-2: 3.5 Eliptical, + .5 swim (+ racqetball)
    3-3: 10.6 Outdoor Bike
    3-4 5.25 Ellipitical + 1 swim

    3-8- 3.25 treadmill (2.5 jog) + 1 swim (+weights)

    To date:
    Swim 4.75....won't make goal, the pool has been crowded at the gym lately ...bummer

    walk/jog 50.5.........way over on this goal. :smile:

    I would love to complete 2 ironmans for the month. That means:
    swim: 4.8
    walk/run: 52.4
    Bike: 224

    March 1 - 7: Swim - 2.25, walk - 19.5, bike - 0 (no bike until March 9)
    March 8 - 14: Swim - 1.0, walk - 10.5, bike - 51
    March 15 - 21: Swim - 0.75, walk - 10.12, bike - 56.5

    Total: Swim - 4.0, walk - 40.12, bike - 108

    Still a long way to go and only 10 days to finish. That means 12 miles a day on the bike, ouch. I will do my damndest. Not worried about the swim and walk, will get there with no problem.

    spend less time lifting and more time biking and running
    455 lb deadlift at end of month.

    Swimming this week so I'll have 2/3 done for sure. Running I'm a bit behind on...I just needed a mental break from running after my half marathon at the beginning of the month, more of a break than expected when I set my goals. You guys are doing great. Keep it up!
