    How do you guys get such long bike ride on here? 50 miles a DAY??? I get excited if I get over 6.5...lol. How long does it take you to go that far? I usually just go on the bike at the gym for 30 mins. They're programmed there for only 30 mins at a time, and if people are waiting you HAVE to get off...so I cant keep repeating the 30 mins over and over...

    Hi alliesun, it takes me a little less than 3 hours to ride 50 miles. It's harder to ride that distance indoors on a trainer or at the gym. Now that the weather is nicer, it is easier to get a long ride in outdoors.

    spend less time lifting and more time biking and running
    455 lb deadlift at end of month.

    made my bike goal. that's about it. deadlift progress stalled. run and swim were non existent. does blaming relationship trouble count? LOL

    after an injury which prevented swimming and more than a weeks worth or running, i am so unblievbly pleased with my month :)
