Hi, going to join the challenge, but I am going to start at 2,000 calories a week, just had c4-c5 surgery, so i need to start out low and work my way up as my doctor allows it. Will start tracking here on monday. Thank you for this challenge need a goal and a little support. Add me as a friend, need all the support I can get.0
